Loved the free coffee machine. Chai latte was the highlight of my stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Would stay here again!

Great stay — second time and still amazing I had another wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Hamburg — this was actually my second time here. The first time I stayed with my mother, and this time with my fiancée, and both experiences have been consistently great. The service is excellent. The staff are always smiling, very kind, and extremely polite, which really makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Everything about the hotel feels lovely and well taken care of. The gym is nice and well-equipped, perfect if you want to keep up your routine while traveling. Breakfast is amazing — plenty of options and everything fresh and tasty, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is also fantastic. It’s close to public transport (there’s a tram stop nearby), making it easy to get around the city. There’s also a great falafel/döner spot close by if you’re looking for a late-night snack, which was a fun bonus. Plus, it’s very close to Westfield, where you can enjoy the scenery and find lots of nice restaurants and shops. Overall, an amazing stay once again. Thank you to the whole team — I’ll definitely be back.

Nice hotel not far away from the Harbour attractions of Hamburg. The hotel staff was very kind and upon my request changed our room because of a bad odor from the restroom. The breakfast is pretty good with lots of choices. The hotel has an underground parking lot which is 30 euros for visitors and 20 euros for guests, still pretty expensive considering the hotel costs of about a hundred euros per night. But in general a good hotel experience. One bonus is the free drinks of the room bar, including two beers!

Wir waren als Paar dort da wir ein Konzert gebucht haben, die Nähe zur Barclays Arena und zum Stadion ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, daher ist das Hotel für solche Events sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel verfügt über 6 Etagen, wir hatten ein Business Zimmer , das Zimmer war jetzt nicht sonderlich groß, einfach ausgestattet ohne viel Schnickschnack oder Dekoration , für einen Kurztrip aber absolut in Ordnung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, TV war auch recht groß, Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Steckdosen sind bereits USB Anschluss ausgestattet. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, Check in schnell und unkompliziert auch per Self Check in möglich. Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, hatten wir nicht gebucht aber der Kaffee war sehr lecker. Parkplätze sind begrenzt vorhanden aber wenn man Glück hat kann man auch an der Straße auf dem Seitenstreifen parken. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Prima hotel voor kort verblijf. Kamers zijn niet echt groot, maar voor alleen de overnachting goed geschikt. Parkeergarage lijkt altijd vol te zijn (ca. 38 plaatsen) en betaald parkeren bij het hotel is niet goedkoop; € 3 per uur. Omdat wij voor een concert in de Barclay Arena kwamen hadden we fietsen meegenomen. Die konden in de bovenste parkeergarage gestald worden; gewoon met de fietsen door de lobby en met de grote lift naar beneden. Prima service! Ontbijt is prima en volledig. Wel op tijd komen, anders sta je best wel een tijdje in de rij.

We booked the deluxe room and it was like in the pictures, as advertised. The room was clean and quiet, and we found a friendly front desk. We were also satisfied by the breakfast buffet. The private bathroom in the room was really small. Considering that this is a hostel, I was happy about having our own. It was a very good deal for a one-night stay in Hamburg. We enjoyed staying very close to the main train station. It is right behind.

Отель находится рядом озером. Есть где прогуляться заняться пробежкой. Вечером на озере с отличным видом можно поужинать. Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала).

Best thing was location. Right across the Hamburg Central Station and less than 2 mins of walk. Close to lot of restaurants, super markets, bus stops, airport train etc. The hotel itself was decent enough and cheap for the days I booked. They had a simple breakfast spread which was still nice for the total cost included in the room. It looks a bit old from interiors but maintained well in terms of cleanliness. If you are looking for a hotel for close accessibility, you can consider this.

The hoste provides the bare minimum in terms of amenities and cleanliness. While it is functional enough for a short stay, the overall quality feels very much in line with the low price. Facilities are basic, and the atmosphere is not particularly comfortable or welcoming. It’s not a terrible place to stay, but it’s also not somewhere I would confidently recommend to others unless they are simply looking for the cheapest option and have very low expectations.

Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht und das Wasser in der Morgendusche war kalt!
