Hotel berhampiran Piramid Giza, Giza

The hotel was beautiful - more than a hundred years of history nestled beside the pyramids! Pyramid view daily was real! One point to note was the good service of the buffet staff at the restaurant. The buffet was clearly not catered to the Asian palette despite so many Asians (Japanese, Chinese, Koreans, Malaysians, Singaporeans, ********* and hongkongers) staying at their hotel. Their variety at the lounge was terrible too (catering mostly Indian food as they have only an Indian and Italian restaurant on site). I suggested that the variety of food should cater to the guests at the hotel. When there are more Indian guests by all means increase the Indian variety but when they are Asian guests, increase the Asian varieties. Wageh (the manager) took my suggestion and asked me what would he preferred. I said a simple egg fried rice with cabbage and a simple chicken fried noodles would capture the hearts of Asians. He changed the menu for the next couple of mornings and the Asian section got wiped out! He’s really a rare gem that would listen to feedback and work on it. He was so happy when the food was finished and he had to get the chef whip up more! Amazing attitude there! I hope the hotel would give him the best employee award. One point to note. The staff (the lady at the counter and the chef) at the lounge were terrible. They gossiped behind our backs and were glad we were gone. Excuse me, we have a translation app on the phone that captures every conversation spoken. WE KNOW WHAT YOU WERE SAYING. So unprofessional and I hope the hotel gives them a warning and ethical education to be better people.

Останавливались на одну ночь перед вылетом домой. Номер шикарный- огромная кровать, балкон с видом на пирамиды. Но сразу же минус - под окнами оживленная дорога и шум от нее просто жесткий, тк египтяне водят так, что дорожные правила заменяют звуковыми сигналами. И так всю ночь. У нас в номере не было горячей воды или мы не разобрались, как она включается, тк под раковиной явно стоял водонагреватель. Мы его включили, но горячая вода не появилась. На ресепшен работают приятные сотрудники. Рядом с отелем-через здание неплохой ресторан. До пирамид на такси минут 10, можно дойти пешком, но мы не рискнули

Had a very good stay at Sheraton Cairo. Room was very good for a family of 3. Breakfast was very good and overall service from staff was amazing. Location is good but it is very busy surrounding area so you can hear traffic noise etc.

Un buen lugar para estar cerca de las pirámides con unas vistas privilegiadas. El staff muy amable y simpático (gracias Ahme y muhamed) El desayuno en la azotea genial, repetitivo, pero agradable. Las habitaciones cuidadas y limpias. No esperes un hotel europeo al uso, estás en Egipto. Está ubicado en una tercera planta, en la zona de hoteles, que es bastante marginal. La única pega es pensar que tiene piscina y no es así. Está en el hotel de enfrente y nos pidieron 10$ por persona x día por usarla. Nos parecio una broma... Muy aconsejable para visitar pirámides y el gran museo egipcio, por un par de noches, no más. El barrio es penoso.

This was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful. The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room) The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too. The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness. I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people. The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask. The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather. Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new. Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all. The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

Брал Делюкс с видом на пирамиды, первая линия 👍 Номер свежий 👍 Из минусов - под окнами стоянка верблюдов, где они делают все свои естественные нужды и соответственно запах поднимается к вам в номер особенно на жаре. Утром и вечером не сильно замечал, возможно привык. Также столкнулся с проблемой что не могу заказать еду с talabat, возможно особенности туристического района. Завтрак хороший👍 В обед и вечером питался в центре каира во время прогулок, в самом же районе отеля все кафе с бешеными наценками. Персонал отеля добрый, отзывчивый, помогли приобрести билеты на плато за небольшую плату 👍

Tout est très bien passé réception génial sont toujours à l’accueil souriant Merci , mais y a pas d’ascenseur on monte jusqu’au cinquième  a pied à part ça le reste tout est top je recommande

The hotel has pyramid view on their rooftop, you cN enjoy the view while havinv your breakfast..the room was ok, but lack of amenities..the breakfast was good..the staff is friendly..overall we have a good tine while staying there

The hotel staffers are very helpful and friendly, and the view from the roof of the hotel is so fantastic that we were able to see three piramids and sphinx in front.
