Clean, quiet, cheap. Everything you need in a place to stay! Great shower, with gel and shampoo provided. Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked great. USB charging outlet available. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, clearly answering questions and taking time to make sure I had everything I needed! Thank you!

Concierge staff are friendly and professional. Big bath tub , decent size room. Location is the best of this hotel. Easy to access all the spots, restaurants and attractions on foot. Safe hotel at the city center. We got early morning flight, even taking uber also just 20mins. I’d recommend. 👌

It’s excellent hotel with good location. Close to the metro station and restaurants. Staff are friendly and the hotel is stylish. I really enjoyed the staying.

Pleasant Stay Despite a Rough Start When I made the booking, I requested a twin bed. However, the reply I received was that it couldn’t be guaranteed — and the tone felt quite unfriendly. It honestly made me want to cancel the reservation right away. Unfortunately, cancellation wasn’t allowed, so I decided to just go ahead and see how things turned out. To my surprise, we were given a twin room at check-in, and the staff on-site were actually friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — very convenient for buses and the metro. There’s even a stop for the A1 airport bus just one step away. The room was well-insulated and quiet, with a good air conditioning system. I was also impressed that they offered a pillow selection — something I’ve only experienced in Japan before. In the end, despite the rocky beginning, it turned out to be a good stay.

We love the stay with everything close by. And breakfast has lots varieties. The downside was during our stay, one of the 2 lifts are out of service which cause a long time to wait for the lift.

Amazing hotel. It was better than expected. Location is the best, you couldn’t find a more central spot. Very clean, nice room and staff were great. Recommended for sure

Hotel with excellent location and friendly service, but lacking in other points. The rooms are visibly more worn than what the pictures indicate, with some signs of damage to the shelving under the sink. Tellingly, no photographs of the bathroom were uploaded in the hotel’s advertising materials. The bathrooms were small, spartan, and featured a bathtub-shower combination. I found the bathroom to be dimly lit. I found the layout of the room very bizarre and pretty uncomfortable, because there was no proper separation between the wet and dry areas. The bathroom door was a giant piece of sliding glass which felt cumbersome to use. Not sure why they didn’t just go with a simple wooden door. The furniture is generally of low quality. The beds are on wheels and so easily move around if one tosses and turns in bed. The beds were uncomfortably hard in my view, and sheets were extremely thin and of low quality. Duvets were provided but these could not be inserted into the sheets, and so had to go over the top, making for an awkward experience. I had trouble sleeping most nights. Lacking in basic amenities such as room slippers and tissue paper (not even available upon request!) The room has a Lavazza coffee maker and there was a great variety of teas and coffees, both capsules and instant kinds. The hotel lobby and common areas were nicely decorated and furnished. I found it strange that the hotel’s efforts seemed largely to be devoted to these areas, instead of improving the comfort of the rooms. All in all it’s a serviceable room in a great location if you are not too particular about the conditions of the room.

Hotel located in the city center of Ramblas, walking street for shopping, food, theather, market. There’s Carefour supermarket in the opposite, you can find everything in there. We are very satisfy with the room, good view, full of kitchenware which we can enjoy our meals😊 We stayed in 7th floor, we see all gothic scenery just in our room 👍🏻

Really polite helpful staff, all you need for a one night stay! I was unfortunate , due to the position of my room walls being next to an apartment blocks, didn’t get the best night sleep. Basic and could do with few extras, did not feel cleaned to a usual standard as I woke up with reactive skin.
