Hotel berhampiran Stesen Avignon Central, Avignon

We totally enjoyed our stay in Cloitre des Augustins in Avignon! We had 2 rooms and stayed for 6 nights with family. Rooms are clean, spacious and stylishly furnished. Air conditioning is perfect and with all utensils for making meals. The location is wonderful with lots of cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby. Also walkable to all major attractions such as the Pont d’Avignon (the broken bridge) and Palais de Papes. About 15 minutes walk to Avignon Centre train station which is a bonus if you plan to travel to nearby towns like Arles or Nimes by train. Convenient location and nice rooms. Besides, the host Patrick and his wife are helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended

The couple Mathieu and Caroline are very friendly, caring and helpful. They only offer breakfast but it was really good and very tasty, They clean the place and change our towels everyday. Location is excellent. Everything is great and we enjoy our stay everyday. Is definitely a good recommendation to those who want to visit Avignon!

Jean-Luc is the most welcoming host. He allowed us to check-in early and had the aircon in our room already turned on to cool it down. The quad room itself is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is filling with cheeses, cold-cuts and pastries (and an order to finish everything!!). Jean-Luc also gave us very helpful restaurant recommendations (Le 46 in particular).

Très peu de choses à redire sur cet hôtel. Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses, de bonne qualité et propres. Les commodités offertes par l'hôtel sont très intéressantes : fitness, cuisine, jeu, cinema, bureau et j'en passe ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable et disponible et les autres clients également. Le tram à 5 min est très pratique car rejoins directement Avignon centre. Le centre commercial est à 10 min à pied Seul petit défaut que je peux trouver à cet hôtel est sur son emplacement, il a certes des avantages avec le tram et le centre commercial mais les cités environnantes ne mettent pas en confiance, particulièrement le soir où pas mal de monde un peu louche peuvent traîner en bas des bâtiments. Cependant l'hôtel n'en reste pas moins sécurisé, aucun risque de vol ou d'agression quand vous y êtes pas d'inquiétudes !

Hotel was nice and clean. It seemed to be renovated, compared to some other Mercure hotels which always seemed a bit older. Rooms were quite compact, it was OK for one night. They have a nice restaurant though with terasse with nice lunch deals and a swimming pool for those who are here for holidays. Not best location though if you want to visit the city center but with a car it's fine. They have also a big space for parking car for free

HotelF1 Avignon Centre Courtine gare TGV offers basic, budget-friendly accommodation near the TGV station. Rooms are simple and clean, with shared or private bathrooms. It’s ideal for short stays or transit stops, with free Wi-Fi and parking. Good value for money, but limited amenities.

Расположен рядом со одним из входов в старую часть города. Номер удобный и достаточно просторный. Отличный матрас, но увы было только по одной подушке на человека. Привычка, что в отелях обычно по две подушки как минимум. Встроенный шкаф с полками и плательным отделением. В душевой шампунь/гель были в пакетиках и не было мыла. Интересно то, что для двоих людей нам выдали один комплект моющих и полотенец. В отеле есть прачечная. Стирка 3 евро, сушка 2 евро. Финал в котором по сути ничего нет, но он есть. Завтраки на удивление были разнообразными. 4 вида сыра, тушенные овощи, нарезка. В отеле принимают карты или кэш. Если оплачивать кэшем, то чтобы была сумма без сдачи

The sheets were only clean cuz they outsourced the cleaning to another company who does the job well. For this price, you need to put your own sheets and set up your own bed, AND still have to send it downstairs (didn’t seem mandatory but encouraged). My ceiling walls were peeling, my bunk bed frame made of cold metal, and the tap was hard to control — water kept flowing out even if we pressed the knob lightly. I slept well on the first night but on the second, homeless people were screaming and harassing a girl, woke my roommates up and we weren’t sure if we should call the police. You’re better off another hostel. Breakfast variety was ok.

J'ai réservé une chambre avec lit double et j' ai eu une chambre avec deux petits lits simples. L'emplacement est assez bien situé avec facilité de stationnement à proximité.

Kleines Zimmer, was wohl vom gebuchten Zimmertyp abhängig war, der Beschreibung so drastisch aber nicht zu entnehmen, wo praktisch nur Bett das Zimmer einnahm und zwischen Bett und Wand am Fußende kam man gerade durch. Keine Becher oder Gläser im Zimmer vorhanden, das Leitungswasser (kein Wasserfläschchen für den Gast) musste man direkt aus der Hand! am Waschbecken trinken. Badezimmer war sauber und völlig ok., aber die wackelige Schiebetür zum Zimmer war unappetitlich alt-fleckig. Der Aufzug war beängstigend alt und man hatte Angst, stecken zu bleiben. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön, aber als 2 weitere Gäste nach uns kamen, musste erst neuer Kaffee für sie aufgesetzt werden, weil die Kanne leer war, was dauerte, ferner waren die wenigen Scheiben Salami und Käse von uns schon fast aufgegessen - die armen Gäste nach uns. Am Abend zuvor wollten wir in diesem stimmungsvollen Raum Abendessen einnehmen, was nicht ging, nur in anderem Restaurantraum (auch ok, aber nicht ganz so schön), aber am nächsten Abend sahen wir doch Gäste am großen schönem Kamin im „Frühstücksraum“ dort essen..Das finde ich ohne Erklärung einen schlechten Service. am Vorabend. Wegen des Aufzugs und fehlendem Komfort im Zimmer würde ich bei nächster Reise woanders buchen trotz der Lage direkt am Papstpalast.
