PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at their suite for 2 nights. Absolutely worth every penny we paid. Very large room with a small kitchen enough to cook a light meal for a small family. Beds are comfy. Location is quiet. We drove around the city so cannot comment on public transport. They have a carpark in the building. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast room are both up to par. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend, and we plan to try out other hotels in the same brand in the future!

PPengguna TetamuBest hotel in this trip. Location is next to gare de Lyon. Very convenient for travels. Easy walk to shopping centre near by and bus to old town. Clarin toiletries were luxurious. Our train was at 4 pm and staff generously gave us late check out at 2. Perfect. Highly recommended.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is weird. The room is stayed in had a first and a second door. The first door looked like a service cupboard door. The room was tiny and while there was a nice big windows i guess it used to be a servant's room adjoining a master suite? Not sure, but it was definitely something else before. Anyway the room worked as a bedroom but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there long term other than for the breakfast that was excellent and in a gorgeous room. They also had these nice freshwater dispensers on each floor. The lifts are not coordinated but the art on the stairs made up for having to climb them. In all I would say it was like they had a lovely old building and didn't want to mess with its bones too much. However, in order to make it into a modern functioning hotel they had to make some changes, which then they did a bit sporadically and on the cheap.

PPengguna TetamuStaying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment. The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning. Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience: - no kettle (had to be asked for) - just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room - no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with - no safe in the room (common one at the reception) - no fridge (seriously?) - no slippers (and they don’t provide them) - no towel heaters or radiators in the room - just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels - no bath robes - no bide or hygienic shower - no toilet brush (are you for real?) - one trash can (without a bag) - extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned. The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

美美麗星球我❤️你酒店位置非常好，5分鐘可以到市政廣場，出門逛街很方便。過馬路對面有超市。房間沒有熱水壶可以燒水，但可以去跟服務台要。隔壁什麼時候上廁所，什麼時候出門，都可以聽得一清二楚。樓下好多餐廳，晚上好熱鬧。

WWaiI love this hotel. Take some walk you can get to metro station then visit many places! Vieux lyon , Fourviere, the halle de Lyon , parc de tete d'or . There are everything you need , microwave, TV water boiler, refrigerator, hangers, a cabin for cups ,plates , and cooking stove . This is the hotel I have seen that offers most for the customers !impressive The only point I could pick is that it is not 24 hours reception. When I got there ,it already evening 10pm. I can only contact by phone and follow the instructions by calling But the problem is I couldn't call when I don't have roaming nor French Sim card . This is quite nervous for me... i even not good at english numbering ,so if you couldn't really speak english nor french . Please be careful not to check in out of working hour ( it would be better if there is more urgent contact way )or maybe this is my problem.... Luckily I met a realllly kind customer, who helped me make the call and solve the check in problemwith me . Without him ,i can't imagine what would happen I mean .I really appreciate him (not sure if he would see this )also this kind gesture create a great impression to this trip !

PPengguna TetamuUitstekend hotel, niets aan te merken op de kamer of de hygiëne. Handig is de ondergrondse parking met valet service (aan een correcte prijs). Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige probleem dat we hadden was het feit dat ondanks een eerdere mail en het extra nog specifiek op de dag van onze aankomst op voorhand telefonisch melden dat wij een kamer met 2 bedden vroegen, hier geen rekening mee werd gehouden wanneer wij in het hotel aankwamen en wij een kamer met één ”groot” bed kregen. De dag nadien kregen wij dan wel de gevraagde kamer met 2 bedden. Voor de rest was eigenlijk alles perfect !
