Hotel berhampiran Muzium Bar Convent, York

It’s a lovely older house with a perfect breakfast! Nice and polite staff, very helpful. In the backyard there are some works so there is actually no outdoor place. Breakfast was amazing because of the fruits.. after many days with just English Breakfast 🙃 The only thing that is not good is internet connection. Poor!

Beautiful hotel only 10 minutes walk from the city centre  Our room was clean and cosy  In the room was hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as tea/coffee facilities and an electric fan which was definitely needed with temps reaching 29 degrees 🥵 The outdoor area was stunning with lots of seating and little pods to dine in of an evening very pretty all lit up at night  All the staff were friendly and helpful  We will definitely return in the near future.

由於酒店身處哥爾夫球場之中，四周環境十分清幽、寧靜、舒適，景色亦十分美。只是它距離市區較遙遠，距離約克舊城區，有接近30分鐘車程，若不是自駕遊，就不太適合選這裏作為住宿地點，但若有自駕車，這是非常不錯的選擇，因為泊車是免費的。 酒店之中有兩家餐廳食物不錯，但價格非常高，且份量不多，是典型的fine dining，若然大家不想花費太多在食方面，在進入酒店前，最好在城區先進餐。

一棟小別墅，房間整潔乾淨，很温馨安靜，服務很好很熱情，我們住3樓，沒有電梯，行李箱都是店家幫拿上房間的，停車也算方便。周住環境不錯，出行也方便，沿河邊步行20分鐘邊觀景過走很快就到達鬧市區的旅遊景點，唯有早餐很貴。一天兩晚還算是愜意的體驗吧。

We loved our stay at hotel Indigo York, this is the second time we have stayed there. the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. the room is clean and the breakfast was amazing.

The Novotel in York is lovely. We had a clean modern room with plenty of space. Wasn't so keen on the separate tiny toilet cubicle but it wouldn't stop us staying again. The staff weren't the friendliest at reception. The staff at the very good breakfast were much nicer. It's a bit of a walk from the centre of things although if you go along the river it's shorter and much nicer. Only trouble with this is the very large steps you have to negotiate, not ideal in a wheelchair. Plenty of space there so I don't see why there's no ramp.

We stayed at the hotel for a family trip of 4, but the room was too small and connected to another hotel room with one door, and there was no soundproofing at all. The bathroom was too small and smelled of mould. There was hair on the blanket and in the bed and it was so uncomfortable.

Perfect stay! Room is very spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is very strategic as well. Walkable to tourist spots and eatries. The buffer breakfast is beyond expectations! We enjoyed our breakfast. Highly recommended.

Review: I had a pleasant stay at Safestay York Micklegate. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of York city centre, the railway station, the city walls, and major attractions. The room was basic but comfortable enough for a short stay, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. For the price and location, it offers very good value, especially for solo travellers or people looking for affordable accommodation in York. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is still a hostel, so some noise and shared facilities are expected. Overall, I would recommend it for a budget-friendly stay in a very convenient part of York.

I've stayed at this hotel before and I will definitely be staying again. The location is ideal for me with easy access to the city centre either by walking, bus, or taxi. The rooms have always been very clean and a good size too. The buffet style breakfast is always superb and leisure facilities give you a chance to unwind in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The staff have always been pleasant, friendly, and polite. 5 stars from me!
