Good location. Overall, we had a good stay.
However, check-in took quite a while because there was a queue.
There were no slippers in the room, and when we asked, we were told there was only one pair left in the whole hotel, which was quite strange.
Also, the coffee and tea were not refilled when the room was made up.

Arrived at the hotel to a enormous queue of travellers. We presumed a coach party. The concierge smiled at us but neglected to mention that the 11 self check in computers were all out of order. After trying a couple or three a lady who was in the queue then decided it was time to tell us that none of them were working and we would need to joine dthe even longer queue. We waited for 49 minutes to get to the front of the queue where the lady apologised for the wait.
Sadly we had not anticipated such a long check in which had a knock on effect of being unable to eat before our show.
The hotel is well situated for the shows and a fairly clean room but I cant recommend the bed or the low level buzzing which kept me awake during the night. Sadly not one of my better stays in London

No problem booking in reception is 24 hours in the hotel next door. Rooms are an interesting layout, we had to go downstairs across the breakfast room and back up stairs to get to our room on the street level. Stairs are very narrow and bow in the middle . Beds ok a bit soft but nice size as 2 singles pushed together. Some street noise to be expected in London but not too bad. Noise from upstairs toilets who clearly were having an issue with the flush ( 26 times in 10 minutes was a bit excessive!) think drainage must be an issue as our bathroom smelled rather unpleasant . Well located to underground stations 5-10 mins to Goodge Street . We walked from St pancreas international station with rucksacks on arrival and departure about 15-20mins

We really enjoyed our stay overall. Having water available on every floor was a very nice touch. There were a few small things missed in terms of cleaning, but our room was cleaned every day, which we appreciated.
There was a bit of cold air coming through the windows, so we had to block it with the curtains – or maybe there was some kind of ventilation system we didn’t notice :)
Breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but it was still good enough for us.
A special thanks to Mr. Tolga at the reception, who was very helpful with our check-out and luggage storage.

O quarto é compacto, mas se o objetivo for passear durante o dia e só dormir, é perfeito. Quem chega por gatwick é bem pratico, pois tem uma estação de trem próximo ao hotel.

I love being in London, and the hotel is ideally positioned. The staff are very approachable and happy for guests to store luggage onsite. The rooms are small and there is no lift, so make sure you can carry your luggage up the narrow stairs. The daily buffet breakfast is great value and has a range of cereals, pastries, cold meats, yoghurt and fruit. I will definitely stay here again.

Location is great especially for users of Elizabeth Line to and from Heathrow.
Various choices of room size. Hotel is new and clean.
Cons:
No electric kettle in room. You need to go down to ground floor to get hot water from the coffee machine. Water is free but not the coffee.
I booked a First Class Room, but the system gave me one on the first floor with no windows. I put up with it for the first 2 days as I was busy. Later had to change room.
First class room is roomy, but other rooms are on the small side.

We booked a double studio room with a tiny kitchenette. Staff is very friendly and helpful, convenient location with lot of eatery choices in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, it is sunny and very warm during our stay but no AC in this hotel. We requested an extra fan but doesn’t help much. The room won’t cool down until mid night.

Ssoph.iasuch a lovely hotel with amazing staff, very helpful and incredibly friendly and welcoming. as goes for cleanliness it was definitely clean however there were just a few areas that needed a little more attention as me and my partner found dirty handprints on the shower screen, a very small stain on the bed after it had been made up by housekeeping as well as hair and markings/dirt left on the side of the bath. These weren’t really massive issues for me and my partner as it wasn’t really that noticeable and can be easily overlooked. We notified the wonderful lady on reception at check out (Rachel) of these issues, not so much as a complaint but just really for next people in our room who could potentially be less understandable. She went to investigate our room personally immediately after we left and apologised profusely as well as offering us to be upgraded to one of their executive suites next time we stayed at no extra cost from the standard room rate as way to apologise. Honestly was so such a wonderful stay though and had the most amazing time and would definitely recommend to other travellers :)

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe stayed at the Wilde Aparthotel Aldgate Tower Bridge for two nights at the end of August and had a rather underwhelming experience. We expected more from this hotel, judging by its ratings online. As Coldplay was in town (our reason for visiting London), prices were higher than average.
The hotel is a five-minute walk from Aldgate East and about eight minutes from Aldgate Station. Liverpool Street Station is technically in walkable distance aswell, though taking the bus there is easier, with a stop right in front of the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend walking to Whitechapel for the Elizabeth Line – the walk felt long, annoying, and unsafe. Also, avoid walking further down the road toward McDonald’s after dark – sketchy atmosphere, and we saw two police scenes within those five mins of walking. Walking to Aldgate or Liverpool Street is safer.
The arrival was.. odd. No one greeted us, and we waited in the lobby for several minutes before someone finally helped us at a not-so-clean high table. The staff member seemed demotivated and spoke very quietly, though check-in was quick. Unfortunately, we were charged twice despite prepaying nearly a year earlier through a third party. This was resolved after I spoke with the manager, but I was surprised it was marked as a “user error” on our invoice, and no small gesture like waiving the early check-in fee was offered for the inconvenience.
We were given a room on the 9th floor. The corridors are dim, with black walls and stuffy air despite it being just 22 degrees outside.
The “triple room” is simply too small for three adults. The storage areas under the twin beds is smart, and there is a small wardrobe with two drawers, but oddly no safe to store your valuables. A table and chair cramped the room unnecessarily and looked cheap compared to the rest. The sofa bed was decent but had a pretty thin mattress and annoying metal railings that can be a little annoying when standing up / lying down; there was also no nightstand, only a photo shelf right above it where you really can’t put anything.
The kitchen area becomes very narrow once the sofa bed is pulled out. The fridge and sink were great, but the bins were tiny and filled up after just one day. The bathroom was also cramped, with practically no counter space. No toothbrush cups, Q-tips, or cotton pads were provided – unusual for a 4-star property. The soap dispenser was nearly empty and even fell out of its holder, and none of the dispensers were secured/locked, which isn’t hygienic (most hotels have that nowadays, for a reason!). We didn’t know where to go with dirty towels as there was no designated spot for them and no space. The heated towel holder being *right* next to the toilet is weird and inconvenient.
We had the AC running for hours & hours on end, yet it barely managed to cool down the room to an acceptable temp. At least it was quiet enough to keep on at night. The TV had few channels but casting worked very well. Light controls were fine, and the blackout blinds were excellent– also essential, since the windows aren’t tinted from the outside.
On the positive side, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at night despite the hotel being full. We skipped breakfast as there are better options near Liverpool Street Station that we wanted to try out.
All in all, our first ever stay at a Wilde property was just okay. The location is central but not particularly the nicest, the staff lacked warmth, and the triple room was way too small for three adults. It should not be sold as a triple for three adults and would be better suited for parents with a small child. I imagine the higher room categories might do a better job of accommodating three adults.
We had what we needed; a clean room with good public transport connections. However, we wouldn’t stay here again as there’s better options out there.

Daily breakfast served between 6.30 &10.30 am, practical for early flight - there are even take away cups for coffee! Also, ideal for those travelling via LCY airport as the DLR train goes directly to the airport in ca. 20 min.

- Decently sized, standard layout and comfortable rooms.
- Rooms are quite clean, service in general was nothing too special but gets the job done!
- Convenient location near buses and metro to Central London / Oxford for a day trip, close to Westfield London which has great number of F&B outlets, supermarkets and shops.
Cons:
- Housekeeping was inconsistent; stayed for 6 days, everyday was missing something different, not being replenished in the room; could be tea, coffee, hand towels, tissue paper, toilet paper etc… had to keep calling for service every night throughout the stay. If housekeeping had set up the room in standard, hassle could be alleviated from all parties as it takes the housekeeping more than 20 minutes every time to bring the items.
- Both toilet paper rolls were removed unexpectedly one night, even when we certainly left the room with them both in the morning which I find a bit funny as there wasn’t even a need to replenish - but simply removed.
- Clock timing was incorrect 6 days throughout the stay and nobody clocked that nor changed it.
- Slight wear and tear in the room but nothing too major affecting our stay apart from the bathtub glass panel seam being broken and water kept coming out of the shower.
- Emergency alarms went off at 730AM with no explanation.
- There was daily construction noise and one day the workers and equipments were all outside our room for a good 4 hours in the morning to afternoon time. Again, I don’t blame it because maintenance is important but a notice would be nice.
Overall, I think the hotel gets its job done, the room and location were decent and comfortable. It’s the housekeeping and maintenance fell below expectations.

AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

Dalam pengalaman lalu saya, saya masih belum menemui hotel yang begitu teruk dengan lebar koridor yang sangat kecil, dan lifnya sangat-sangat teruk. Namun, penginapan saya di sini sebenarnya membolehkan saya berkenalan dengan seorang pelayan di restoran bernama Sally (harap-harap saya telah menamakannya dengan betul). Dia sebenarnya sangat peramah sehinggakan dompet saya, saya percaya telah dicopet , kata-kata penghiburannya membuat hari saya. Pasti akan kembali ke Restoran tetapi tidak lagi tinggal di hotel lagi walaupun Ctrip membayar bagi pihak saya.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

YYourTravelBudLocation was really convenient from the tube. Room and bathroom was really small, though it’s common for London. I got a room on the 5th floor which was quite a hassle if you have a large luggage. Multiple stairs even after taking the lift. But overall a pleasant stay, close to Hyde park and lots of food around.
