"This hotel is was a real find. Looks very new and everything clean and looking fresh. They had some nice touches like umbrellas and bikes to borrow. All of the staff were polite and friendly. Buffet breakfast was nicely varied and all good quality.. would definitely recommend for a city centre stay."

"Very good location next to train station. Very quiet location but also orime for shopping and night life. Short walk. Local shops and takeaways. Abundance of chain restaurants short distance. Apartments very clean, and had everything required. Was better than a hotel stay. Could cook and had dishwasher if needed. Free 24 hour tea and coffee from lobby and complimentary quants in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helped for local restaurant selection. They also support the homeless when you purchases slippers. They also offer discount for a car park 5 min walk away. Would definitely stay here again"

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for visiting my congregation at Durham university. My first impression was the man who welcomed me at reception is really polite and provided me a service with a great service mind and attitude. In fact, the cleaner that my mom and I met during mistakenly went into the wrong room also nice and friendly to me. I would select this hotel again if I ever visit Newcastle and definitely recommend others!!"

"We had a really good stay here. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout. When our air conditioning was not working properly, we called for assistance and someone came to check it within five minutes, which was impressive. At check-in, the staff also recommended some places to visit nearby, which was very helpful. Breakfast was made to order, so you could choose what you liked from the menu. I thought this was a brilliant idea, as it helps reduce waste and gives guests more choice."

"We had booked a junior suite. On arrival we were greeted warmly and efficiently checked in. We were given our key and told we were in room 118. We were told that we had to go up one floor in the lift and then backdown the stairs as our room was in between floors. It was the only room at that level. Had I have known that I wouldn’t have booked it as I was travelling with my mum who is post surgery with a new hip, and stairs and luggage were a bit of a challenge. Anyway, once inside our suite was perfect. It consisted of a living/dining/kitchen room with a sofa, TV and pretty much a full kitchen, I.e Hob, fridge with an ice box, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom was made to feel a little small as the bed was absolutely huge, it also had a TV in there too. The bathroom was quite standard but spotlessly clean. The only gripe I had was there was only one electric heater and that was in the bedroom, so if you were cold I had to go into the bedroom. Would I stay there again…..yes but perhaps in a room that didn’t need to climb stairs."

"Love the fact that it is close to the best bars in Newcastle. Also few minutes walk from the train station. The room is nice and clean. Overall enjoyed my stay. Definitely coming back soon"

"Aside from some staining on the curtains and the corners of the walls being quite worse for wear, it was quite clean on the surface. There was shower gel provided alongside towels. The staff were really nice at reception, and checking in and out was no hassle."

"Place looks welll kept. Rooms clean and beddings too . Only downside was toilet seats would not stay up it falls unto your back kids where perplexed at this ... Parking spaces are limited and for an overnight stay cost around 8 pounds but the car park around the corner its bit expensive @18 pounds. Checked out at 10.17am .got to hotel at 11pm"
