PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with a Co‑op supermarket just a short walk away. The property feels quite new, and the facilities are all in great condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Although the housekeeping wasn’t particularly thorough, it was acceptable overall. I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to spend time exploring Leeds.

PPengguna TetamuPark plaza is an exceptional service provider, excellent amenities, cleanliness is top-notch, its sound proofed, no noise, its a relaxing ambient, the chef and menu is delicious, ordered room service and it was very palatable and delicious!! Location is prime to the center and my event. Staff were amazing. Their contact system is top notch too. Loved it and had a beautiful one night. Hope to return again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

LLadyMarahGreat location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel it's self was brilliant and the location was fab . Got late check out witch again was great but the cleaning was not great BUT I did talk to the lady in the morning and she asked for the photos and flagged it straight away. This lady was fantastic but didn't get her name .
The bed sheets where ALL inside out and the bottom sheet was not big enough so there was a 4” gap at the top of the bed witch was mattress protecter, this had a dirty mark on it that looked like blood .
The whole room was dusty and the spoons for the cups where dirty and it looked like it had not been hooved . I didn't want to course a fuss as me and my daughter had a brilliant night and I didn't want to spoil it .
It was flagged with management so I'm hoping they get in touch with me regarding this situation as obviously I did pay for a clean room .

PPengguna TetamuAll was good the hotel was lovely, breakfast a nice variety, the room and location were right BUT the walls were so thin. Was woken up early hours of the morning by a ‘screamer’ and constant laughing and then had the nerve to put Do Not Disturb notice on the door knob. That really did spoil my weekend. Did not get much sleep

PPengguna TetamuI was very happy with the service and the hotel my room was large and spacious. The hotel staff were prompt professional and very nice. I liked the location and I was nearby. I think breakfast could have had a better selection I was just a little grumpy because there were no hashie Bs. Overall a 8/10 I really enjoyed my stay

PPengguna TetamuPlace is very near to the Bus station which is the most important thing. Very polite and nice staff, accomodating and there is always someone in the desk when you need something. The place is clean, a bit old but still comfortable to sleep with. My kid is so happy, though it rained all throughout out visit. The only downside is no kettle for hot water when we want a hot drink. But our stay is still a pleasant experience for us.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaSuper tiny room with hardly any room to put a suitcase. Tv did not work either. We had an internal room which felt extremely claustrophobic. The service was fine and the room was clean. Probably wouldn’t stay again as pretty expensive for a tiny room.

There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us .
