NNatalie Noble NNStayed for two nights in total. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, and perfect for my business trip. Only criticism is that I don’t feel like the restaurant within the hotel has food that matches the price. However, I did enjoy the pizza which I had as room service on my second night.

ZZj_mit• The hotel staff were extremely polite, kind, and very helpful. This meant a lot to me. • The overall atmosphere and location of the hotel are good. The room was generally clean, the bed was clean, and the room was spacious. • However, there were several issues that would make me reconsider staying here again for a longer visit: - The electric kettle had visible dust and did not seem properly cleaned, so I didn’t use it. - The hairdryer was not clean. - The white accessibility support rail in the bathroom had rust and buildup, which made the bathroom feel uncomfortable to use. - The shower head had a lot of limescale, and some other areas also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. • Breakfast was unfortunately very poor. Most items were already finished when I arrived. The scrambled eggs and hash browns were badly cooked and very low quality. I couldn’t eat anything and only had a cup of tea before returning to my room. Because of these cleanliness issue, I might choose another hotel next time.

PPengguna TetamuAlthough there was a small problem with the system when checking in, the receptionist handled it extremely professionally, which made me appreciate it very much. The room is extremely clean, comfortable and has an extremely impressive view. The gym, swimming pool, food...all make everything more perfect. I will definitely introduce more friends and come back next time.

PPengguna TetamuCheap and cheerful. Didn't pay much. Got a ”Box” room with a double bed, a small tv, coffee making stuff and a shower room. Only stayed for the night but being on a CPap ventilator machine, there was literally nowhere next to the bed to set it up. Having said that, i needed a room for the night after travelling back late from Morocco and a shower in the morning. No cooked breakfast but in very close proximity to the station which was a bonus for us. I'd stay again just for the location.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was a positive surprise to me. I did not expect more than a bed to sleep close to the center of Manchester for the price I paid for the stay and they offered so much more with the friendliness and professionalism  of the frontdesk service staff, the varied breakfast and comfortable bed. The hotel is however a bit outdated and I missed a usb plug in the room for charging mobile as I am a European traveller and the plug is different. Luckily front desk helped me with an adapter for the night. I also had a small lunch at the Garden restaurant and whether you go there for a drink or food you will find nice staff and you can taste the freshness of the products used. All in all, great value for money.

The room was amazing felt like I wasn't even in Manchester. I'll definitely come to stay there again. Customer service was amazing without a doubt.

PPengguna TetamuThere is a direct bus to hotel from airport and a bus stop at 10 mins away from hotel back to airport. The walls have no stains which is nice and the bathroom is clean and tidy but the bed linen has quite a lot of stains. Some dust also appeared on the pillow and it is actually hard to spot them because of the dim lighting. The water pump is also working fine. The staff are super friendly when I forgot to bring a plug and realised that there is no USB charge spot.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a 4 night stay 29 April to 3 May 2026. The room was reasonably clean and tidy but small, and the bed was comfortable. The room had no windows, which was as described in the booking but was extremely hot. We were given 2 fans but that didn't do very much. It was extremely hard to sleep in the heat of the room. There were no radiators in the room, so we don't know where the heat was coming from. The TV didn't work. We reported it and was told someone would come and deal with it, but they never did . Overall the stay was ok. If the TV had worked and the temperature was right,it would have been a good stay. The location is great for the city centre.

PPengguna TetamuMy man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom  As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner, So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘
