The location of this property is excellent and was easily the highlight of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that affected our overall experience. The blackout blinds do not fully cover the windows, allowing daylight through the sides from very early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We initially had to change rooms due to cleanliness concerns. In the first apartment, we found some soiled items in the bathroom bin and a heavily rusted tin opener. In the second apartment, there were unpleasant smells coming from the fridge and the cupboard under the sink, and while the tin opener was in better condition than the first, it also showed signs of rust. Some areas also appeared to have been missed during cleaning, including around the fridge hinge. The biggest disappointment was the comfort. The sofa beds were uncomfortable to sit on, with the cushions constantly sliding forward. The main bed was even more disappointing. It appeared to be two beds pushed together, was noisy whenever you moved, and provided one of the poorest nights’ sleep I’ve had in accommodation. By the end of our stay I was waking up with a sore, stiff back, which was particularly frustrating as this trip was supposed to be a break after several weeks of physically demanding decorating work at home. For a bed advertised as a large double, it also felt surprisingly short. We also experienced an issue with our room key after arranging a late checkout, which meant an unnecessary trip back to reception to have it reprogrammed. Noise from furniture being dragged around in the apartment above was noticeable during our stay as well. Overall, the apartment had the facilities we needed and the location is hard to fault, but the comfort, maintenance and attention to detail fell below expectations. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I would think carefully before choosing to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay @ Tribe Manchester Airport! Made our early flight the next morning so much easier! Highly recommend Tribe for very comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean with a very impressive restaurant where we had a delicious evening meal! Fantastic experience all round, definitely would book there again, such a relaxing start to our holiday!

Although there was a small problem with the system when checking in, the receptionist handled it extremely professionally, which made me appreciate it very much. The room is extremely clean, comfortable and has an extremely impressive view. The gym, swimming pool, food...all make everything more perfect. I will definitely introduce more friends and come back next time.

First Manchester visit and stay at Voco. I would like to say this the a fantastic hotel. You will feel very comfortable from front desk all the way to your room. Very big spacious luxury and super comfortable room with Nespreso and welcome British cookies. I love the breakfast here.

The place is close to terminal 2. Very clean rooms, checkin was smooth took only a min. Room had all amenities. It’s a bit small but it’s ibis budget. Highly recommend this. I stayed all day in lobby as I was working they had no issues. Breakfast was basic but fine.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Pendulum Hotel. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, and my room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is excellent for getting around Manchester, and the neighbourhood where the hotel is has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I’d happily stay again and would certainly recommend it to others.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience. A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience. One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons. In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.

There is a direct bus to hotel from airport and a bus stop at 10 mins away from hotel back to airport. The walls have no stains which is nice and the bathroom is clean and tidy but the bed linen has quite a lot of stains. Some dust also appeared on the pillow and it is actually hard to spot them because of the dim lighting. The water pump is also working fine. The staff are super friendly when I forgot to bring a plug and realised that there is no USB charge spot.

This was a fabulous hotel. From the outside, it looks like the sort of hotel big celebrities would stay at - so classy. You walk in to a beautiful spacious lobby with chandeliers and bar. The staff were pretty nice and helpful, letting us keep our bags there after we checked out, and helping me to find an item I left in my room quickly and efficiently. They didn't let us stay an extra hour in the room, when I requested, which they didn't have to, just for info. The room itself was clean and fairly functional - it had a dresser with a mirror, wardrobe space, and a bathroom which also had a big mirror and sink space for my friend and I to get ready. The MAJOR downside was how hot and stuffy the room was. We got a room with no window, but we would expect at least some ventilation (there was none, even in the bathroom) especially because the hotel was booking out rooms during an extreme heatwave. The two fans in the room did practically nothing to alleviate the discomfort. Please add ventillation to your windowless rooms, or don't make windowless rooms available during times of extreme heat if you can't guarantee a minimum standard of comfort to guests staying in them!

My man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom  As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner, So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘
