PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome, and the check-in team kindly offered complimentary drinks for my son and me.
I was delighted to find a bottle of red wine and a lovely birthday card waiting in the room, which made the celebration extra special. The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view, and I really enjoyed the coffee selection. The breakfast area was excellent, and the lounge was perfect for relaxing with a drink.
They truly made my birthday special. All the staff and the concierge team were lovely . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return for sure.

YYuenhomeStayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, with friendly and helpful reception staff who even offered a free upgrade to a sea-view room on Christmas Day! The breakfast was lovely, and the hotel itself feels new and modern. There’s a convenient car park just across the road with a discount for guests, which is perfect for travellers with a car. I also enjoyed the movie night held in the basement — such a nice touch! The location is ideal with easy access to Brighton’s main attractions. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly but the best bit about this hotel is the location - on the seafront and close to shops bars and restaurants.
The spa area was a bit disappointing, it’s more a leisure centre and very busy when we visited so don’t expect too much relaxation as there are not even loungers to sit/lie on.
We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there are many great restaurants in Brighton so I cannot comment on the brekkie.
We attended the NYE dinner/dance at the hotel and it was brilliant! Great entertainment, lovely food - a fabulous time had by all and a lovely way to see in 2026!
Brighton in general is a lovely place to visit, lots of bars, restaurants and shops - especially the Lanes which is full of small independents which are just fab!
There’s lots to do and see! We took a short walk from the hotel to the i360 tower. A great way to see Brighton from the sky and we managed to catch it at sunset - so magical! I would definitely recommend!

BBootsTheExplorerThe view from my room was perfect! The room was small but clean and tidy. Perfect location, walking distance to tourist spots. Excellent staff. Unique lift, was scared to be stucked just in case it breaks but never happened. Just bear in mind that the ground floor/entrance is a bar/pub. From my room, I could hear the noise from the road even if my windows are closed- good thing to know for the light sleepers like me. But regardless, i still had a good time! Will recommend!

Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

PPengguna TetamuEasy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!

PPengguna Tetamu방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당

PPengguna TetamuThe self check in was a bit difficult at first as some of the codes didn't work but if you press the ring door bell then you get an answer and they are very helpful, the room was beautiful and the shower was lush! The fact there was a fridge was an amazing bonus cause it meant we could keep our leftovers from the restaurants fresh and keep our beers cold 😂 would highly recommend as its a 14 minute walk from the train station (literally walk in a straight line and you're there) and it's on the seafront with everything you could want or need within a 5 minute walk, will definitely be back
