The receptionist are very friendly and warm, we checked in at 2am and they still kindly invited us into our room.
The room was spacious with water, cookies and fruits, and these were refilled every day. Free buffet breakfast offered every morning, with toast, cereals, juice and even a machine for coffee. The hotel was very generous in every way. The AC was warm enough and the temperatures could be easily adjusted. It was sensitive and the room temperature was changed within minutes.
We asked for bowls at night to cook our instant noodles and the hotel generously provided us with bowls and utensils.
The location was not the best, but it’s within 1 hr walking distance to most of the tourist spots, but there was a bus stop very close to the hotel that which linked to most of the tourist spots. We had no difficulties in travelling around London was the most minimal transport cost.
This is like the best hotel we’ve ever been in Europe. Clean rooms, adequate amenities with high quality, friendly staff, warm water, we will definitely stay in this hotel again next time when we are in London.

Initially it seemed like a scene from the future walking into the room where the capsules were! All these humans in these tiny pods , waiting to be ”eliminated”?🤣🤣Maybe in the future when the works population becomes too great!. Pods were clean and more spacious than I expected. Good lighting, power points and very good ventilation/air purification system. The pod never felt stuffy or too hot. There were plenty of showers and toilets in the communal wash areas. Location was FANTASTIC, slap bang in the middle of Piccadilly. Got one night or two this is the perfect place to stay for a budget traveller ( well at London prices!😉)

Location is the absolute highlight, but inadequate housekeeping significantly detracted from our stay.
The hotel boasts an amazing, central location with easy tube access and walking distance to many sites, plus lovely seasonal lighting nearby. The room, while compact, featured comfortable bunk beds that the kids loved and a good shower. Minimum design with simple wooden frame make the room simple.
However, service was a major letdown. The setup is windowless and compact, leading to a lack of fresh air. Crucially, housekeeping was almost non-existent. For a six-night stay, we were disappointed that the bathroom—specifically the sink (which drains very slowly) and toilet—was never cleaned, despite an explicit request after the scheduled 'cleaning' night. Occasionally, noisy corridor noises late at night.
Overall: Fantastic location and functional beds, but the inconsistent and poor housekeeping (especially the lack of a bathroom clean) is a serious issue.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near Victoria Station. The cleanliness was good overall, but there was an issue with the power sockets. There was only one outlet, and it was placed in a way that my adapter didn’t fit properly, so I wasn’t able to use my laptop.
Aside from that, the staff were helpful, and the location was exactly what we needed.

Excellent accommodation whilst on a London trip, 3 nights and no complaints really.
Lovely rooms including a fridge, safe and tea and coffee.
Rooms also have iron and board plus hair dryer.
Quality free Toiletries however shampoo was empty.
Rooms recently refurbished however bathroom a bit tired.
Excellent choice for breakfast and good quality.
Room wasn't ready but received a voucher for free drinks which are very expensive, £9 a beer!
Staff are superb and intuitive.
Negative....pillows are very soft.
Would definitely return.

We were upgraded to an apparently larger room, goodness knows how small our originally booked room would have been because I wouldn't describe what we had as large by any means. It did have a view of The Thames and the London Eye, but I don't tend to spend much time looking out of my room window. Plus points the mini bar was ALL complementary, but I found the whole hotel dated and worn, with no wow factor, which I expected for the very expensive cost of two nights.

I stayed here for my birthday and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The location was perfect and when I first showed up with my case one of the doormen actually assisted with leading me up to the other entrance so I wouldn’t have to take the stairs. I’d really like to shout out all of the doormen actually as they’d always greet me with a good evening or morning when I left the hotel and it felt like a really personal touch. Since my birthday was in December the hotel was also decorated for Christmas which was beautiful!
The single room was the perfect size for me - it was a bit odd not having a door on the bathroom but it might bother you if you’re not staying alone. The room was also consistently stocked with snacks which was great to take along with me. It’s the most convenient location I’ve ever stayed in as someone who sees a lot of shows on the west end too as you’re right in the heart of london.

Lovely hotel, cleanliness was good, location was very good as it was only a short walk to horse guard parade. Right by St James park tube station. They have a room where you can leave your luggage which was brilliant. Staff were very courteous.

Ssoph.iasuch a lovely hotel with amazing staff, very helpful and incredibly friendly and welcoming. as goes for cleanliness it was definitely clean however there were just a few areas that needed a little more attention as me and my partner found dirty handprints on the shower screen, a very small stain on the bed after it had been made up by housekeeping as well as hair and markings/dirt left on the side of the bath. These weren’t really massive issues for me and my partner as it wasn’t really that noticeable and can be easily overlooked. We notified the wonderful lady on reception at check out (Rachel) of these issues, not so much as a complaint but just really for next people in our room who could potentially be less understandable. She went to investigate our room personally immediately after we left and apologised profusely as well as offering us to be upgraded to one of their executive suites next time we stayed at no extra cost from the standard room rate as way to apologise. Honestly was so such a wonderful stay though and had the most amazing time and would definitely recommend to other travellers :)

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe stayed at the Wilde Aparthotel Aldgate Tower Bridge for two nights at the end of August and had a rather underwhelming experience. We expected more from this hotel, judging by its ratings online. As Coldplay was in town (our reason for visiting London), prices were higher than average.
The hotel is a five-minute walk from Aldgate East and about eight minutes from Aldgate Station. Liverpool Street Station is technically in walkable distance aswell, though taking the bus there is easier, with a stop right in front of the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend walking to Whitechapel for the Elizabeth Line – the walk felt long, annoying, and unsafe. Also, avoid walking further down the road toward McDonald’s after dark – sketchy atmosphere, and we saw two police scenes within those five mins of walking. Walking to Aldgate or Liverpool Street is safer.
The arrival was.. odd. No one greeted us, and we waited in the lobby for several minutes before someone finally helped us at a not-so-clean high table. The staff member seemed demotivated and spoke very quietly, though check-in was quick. Unfortunately, we were charged twice despite prepaying nearly a year earlier through a third party. This was resolved after I spoke with the manager, but I was surprised it was marked as a “user error” on our invoice, and no small gesture like waiving the early check-in fee was offered for the inconvenience.
We were given a room on the 9th floor. The corridors are dim, with black walls and stuffy air despite it being just 22 degrees outside.
The “triple room” is simply too small for three adults. The storage areas under the twin beds is smart, and there is a small wardrobe with two drawers, but oddly no safe to store your valuables. A table and chair cramped the room unnecessarily and looked cheap compared to the rest. The sofa bed was decent but had a pretty thin mattress and annoying metal railings that can be a little annoying when standing up / lying down; there was also no nightstand, only a photo shelf right above it where you really can’t put anything.
The kitchen area becomes very narrow once the sofa bed is pulled out. The fridge and sink were great, but the bins were tiny and filled up after just one day. The bathroom was also cramped, with practically no counter space. No toothbrush cups, Q-tips, or cotton pads were provided – unusual for a 4-star property. The soap dispenser was nearly empty and even fell out of its holder, and none of the dispensers were secured/locked, which isn’t hygienic (most hotels have that nowadays, for a reason!). We didn’t know where to go with dirty towels as there was no designated spot for them and no space. The heated towel holder being *right* next to the toilet is weird and inconvenient.
We had the AC running for hours & hours on end, yet it barely managed to cool down the room to an acceptable temp. At least it was quiet enough to keep on at night. The TV had few channels but casting worked very well. Light controls were fine, and the blackout blinds were excellent– also essential, since the windows aren’t tinted from the outside.
On the positive side, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at night despite the hotel being full. We skipped breakfast as there are better options near Liverpool Street Station that we wanted to try out.
All in all, our first ever stay at a Wilde property was just okay. The location is central but not particularly the nicest, the staff lacked warmth, and the triple room was way too small for three adults. It should not be sold as a triple for three adults and would be better suited for parents with a small child. I imagine the higher room categories might do a better job of accommodating three adults.
We had what we needed; a clean room with good public transport connections. However, we wouldn’t stay here again as there’s better options out there.

- Convenient location near buses and metro to Central London / Oxford for a day trip, close to Westfield London which has great number of F&B outlets, supermarkets and shops.
Cons:
- Housekeeping was inconsistent; stayed for 6 days, everyday was missing something different, not being replenished in the room; could be tea, coffee, hand towels, tissue paper, toilet paper etc… had to keep calling for service every night throughout the stay. If housekeeping had set up the room in standard, hassle could be alleviated from all parties as it takes the housekeeping more than 20 minutes every time to bring the items.
- Both toilet paper rolls were removed unexpectedly one night, even when we certainly left the room with them both in the morning which I find a bit funny as there wasn’t even a need to replenish - but simply removed.
- Clock timing was incorrect 6 days throughout the stay and nobody clocked that nor changed it.
- Slight wear and tear in the room but nothing too major affecting our stay apart from the bathtub glass panel seam being broken and water kept coming out of the shower.
- Emergency alarms went off at 730AM with no explanation.
- There was daily construction noise and one day the workers and equipments were all outside our room for a good 4 hours in the morning to afternoon time. Again, I don’t blame it because maintenance is important but a notice would be nice.
Overall, I think the hotel gets its job done, the room and location were decent and comfortable. It’s the housekeeping and maintenance fell below expectations.

AAlison’s Silk Road TravelsI stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

Dalam pengalaman lalu saya, saya masih belum menemui hotel yang begitu teruk dengan lebar koridor yang sangat kecil, dan lifnya sangat-sangat teruk. Namun, penginapan saya di sini sebenarnya membolehkan saya berkenalan dengan seorang pelayan di restoran bernama Sally (harap-harap saya telah menamakannya dengan betul). Dia sebenarnya sangat peramah sehinggakan dompet saya, saya percaya telah dicopet , kata-kata penghiburannya membuat hari saya. Pasti akan kembali ke Restoran tetapi tidak lagi tinggal di hotel lagi walaupun Ctrip membayar bagi pihak saya.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

YYourTravelBudLocation was really convenient from the tube. Room and bathroom was really small, though it’s common for London. I got a room on the 5th floor which was quite a hassle if you have a large luggage. Multiple stairs even after taking the lift. But overall a pleasant stay, close to Hyde park and lots of food around.
