IIgalI had an incredible stay at Shota@Rustaveli Boutique Hotel as a solo traveler blending work and leisure. The location is perfect—centrally situated in Tbilisi, just a short walk from the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Georgian National Museum, making it ideal for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable desk that was perfect for getting work done. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

PPengguna TetamuOur recent stay (10-17 January 2026) at Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel was excellent in every aspect. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, with exceptional service provided by Natia, the hotel receptionist. After flying more than 14 hours from Singapore to Tbilisi, she kindly allowed us to check in slightly earlier, which was greatly appreciated. She also recommended a local restaurant serving delicious Georgian cuisine, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion. Another friendly hotel receptionist we would like to commemorate was Daviti, he was not only friendly but also understanding and gave good tourist suggestions. The location is superb, with many supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and it is conveniently close to Chachava Clinic. When arranging transport to the airport via Bolt, the hotel staff were very helpful in entering the side-door pickup location for us. The road in front of hotel is a busy road with bus lane hence entering into the Bolt cars will not be ideal. The room was very clean, cozy, and spacious. A particularly thoughtful feature was the hot and cold water filter machine located near the lift area, making it extremely convenient to refill water without the need to purchase bottled water from the supermarket. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well-managed stay under the Mercure brand, and we would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

PPengguna TetamuThis is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

GGerman zThis type of hostel is not for everyone. The capsules are new. Just in front the door, I thank the lady that gave me a capsule in the back so ir was very quiet. So I thank her very much. Cero info as to what is around. People are permanent living in, yet the is not even a microwave in the kitchen,??. I complained to the 'manager???' (Who seem not to have any idea about the bussiness) regarding the lack of cleaning in the showers . Bla bla bla lies and excuses; yet, the showers never were clean once, scum all over the place. Toilets are mix, there are like 10 toilets; yet, 7 or 8 are permanent close ( perhaps it is the cleaner idea so she does not have to clean all of them. The first morning there were disgusted, yet I managed to open one extra so it was like my private one for the next 3 days. Last one, there was one lady at the from who refused to provide her name. She was very unfriendly and rude. I called her snowwhite and she should be with her 7 dwarves and not working in a place like this. Resume, this is the perfect recipe to run a bussines to the ground in no time. What a shame. And tks alex, you made things easier.

VVeronika SchulgaОчень хороший отель, чистый, с красивым видом. Нам очень понравилось расположение и сам номер с балконом. Огорчила только кровать, которая очень сильно скрипела, но в целом было удобной. Ну и не понравилось, что двери картонные и из-за них очень слышно происходящее на ресепшен, из-за этого одной ночью нас разбудил очень громкий мужчина, которого почему-то на ресепшен не попросили быть хоть немного тише в 3 часа ночи (он прям чуть-ли не орал, хотя судя по разговору, он просто заселяся без какого-либо скандала)
