YYovani MillerGreat stay so far. The bathroom was a lil bit dirty because the water leaking from the little shower. It supposed to be fixed soon. One additional point, the positive ones, is that, there is a massage seat in the pantry now. It is very useful for many travellers or tourists. The great thing in here is the access. Right in front of the hotel, theres many museums and foods eveerywhere. It is crowded at night but it is a good thing for a tourist spot or entertainment. The staff is helpful. At first check in, the AC is not cool so I need to go to reception to make a complain, but it was handled professionally by the male staff. Thank you for everything

EErica NateliaThe service,facilities,room & people whom attended to me and my hubby was excellent.They put the effort to decorate my room for our anniversary and purposely locate our room at a high floor and corner room to ensure we have the best room with no noise.
No regrets,i will definitely come again to ur hotel!!!

PPengguna TetamuWe were pleasantly surprised again and again with them. First the airport pickup, Mr Rahman Hakim was very helpful with our luggages and communicated with us about where to meet up. The check in process was smooth with friendly front desk staff. We loved the simple yet very functional luggage storage, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Hot shower with good water pressure and quality toiletries are provided. They also have a small but well equipped gym and swimming pool (which we didn’t have time to use). The buffet breakfast was quite a spread, consisting of fruits, breads, rice, noodles, cereals, etc. They also have a coffee machine for americano and espresso, and some local tea and “jamu” drinks. We must mention that the staff there were very helpful despite most of them not being able to converse in English. My wife saw the noodle soup counter being set up and asked how can we assemble our own bakso. The staff there couldn’t understand but smiled, and few minutes later served us a hot bowl of bakso, which looked and tasted better than if we assembled it ourselves! What this hotel provided has exceeded our expectations! Would definitely stay there again.
Having said all that, there are some minor things which we think can be improved:
1. The spa. We enjoyed the massage very much, but we felt some information can be revised to avoid misunderstanding: There is a Body Scrub Massage package for 200,000, but after asking the staff they said it’s just scrub with some stretching, no massage included.
2. Cafeteria. The rice porridge and soup were cold. Probably the soup warmer wasn’t working or was not turned on

TTravel with JackThe location is wonderful for business trip , there are shopping malls connected that provides wide range of food. The view of the hotel is very good too.
The front desk staff is helpful and you will be notified by sms when the room is ready. The room is using glass bottle water that would be more environment friendly for travellers.

RrwngThe hotel is very well located in Central Jakarta, but unfortunately, there is a construction of Jakarta MRT in front of the hotel.
Jalan Gajah Mada & Hayam Wuruk (the long street stretch where Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada is located) are recommended not to be visited by local Transport Authority because of MRT construction (as of 19 - 20 Des 2025).
The room is very dim lit, triggering the question if the hotel is used for the entertainment associated with the surrounding.
The toilet door & flush are damaged.
Some power sockets don't work. We could use the heater in water jug to make tea & coffee.
The hotel is supposed to be nice but may need further maintenance.
We wanted to visit the conserved & gazetted former House of Chinese Leader in Batavia, that's the reason of staying this hotel. But, we couldn't do that as we got food poisoning.
We checked out early at 8am because we needed to go for doctor. The receptionist seems to show no care to someone suffering from food poisoning, offered no help and collected the room cards. Perhaps, it's not part of hotel's SOP.
We like the view from the high floor and could see many skyscrapers of Jakarta, very interesting
We ike the spacious hotel room, especially we are family traveller.
I hope the hotel could maintain it's famous name as an Accor Hotel and may visit again if there are improvements. Otherwise, Ascott Hotels may be my choice.

CCraveeeWas a little disappointed at the hotel as I booked the wrong date for my friend but was not allowed to cancel it modify the date, had to pay in cash upon check in and I did not bring much cash as the hotel I booked is for transit purpose only, decent room but non smoking 🚬
