Good location right next door to PIK Avenue mall which has Teazzi, Chagee, Uniqlo, H&M, Food Hall, Union, Bistekka and more. And a few minutes drive away from lots of restaurant options in the PIK area. Silverbird taxis on standby. Room was clean, no mold in the bathroom. Shower with moveable shower head and rain shower option. Amenities provided. Bath towels were soft and absorbent ❤️ Power outlet with universal socket as well as 2 USB A sockets on both sides of the bed. TV has many channels but not sure why it automatically switched off after about 5 minutes. Tea (TWG) and Coffee (Dolce Gusto) making facilities available.

Had a pleasant stay at Elong Hotel during my recent trip to Jakarta. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service from the staff was good and they were helpful throughout the stay. One of the highlights was the robot delivery service, such a cool and fun experience. Breakfast was decent, although the variety of selections could be improved a little more. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay, and I would consider coming back again in the future.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. Located conveniently yet quietly, the hotel welcomed me with warm smiles and efficient service. The lobby felt elegant and cosy, with soft lighting and a fresh scent that instantly made me feel relaxed. My room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. Large windows opened up to a beautiful city view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and fluffy pillows – I had the best sleep in ages. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged: adequate charging ports, high-quality toiletries, and even a small welcome snack and bottled water waiting for me. I enjoyed breakfast at their dining area every morning. There was a wide selection of delicious food covering both local favourites and international dishes, all prepared fresh and served nicely. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ready to assist whenever I needed anything.

Stayed at Gold Coast PIK Sea View Apartments. Great spot—close to the airport, shops, food, and the sea. Room was clean and roomy, with a kitchenette. Love the pool and gym too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value. Just be ready for some wait during check-in and check-out for key and deposit handling.
