We had an amazing stay at this coffee plantation/resort! The hospitality here is unmatched,,,, a huge compliment to the staff who go above and beyond to make you feel completely welcome. Shoutout to Manager Krishna. From the moment we arrived, it honestly felt like going to our own home. The warmth and attentiveness of the team really stand out, which other reviewers consistently rave about as well. Another major highlight was the food; every meal was absolutely delicious and comforting, making us feel completely at ease, just like a home-cooked meal. They have nice hiking trails around the property. couple of practical things to keep in mind. The Drive In: Please know that there is a 1-2 km rugged, unpaved road leading up to the property. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the resort from the main gate, so be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride, and drive carefully! The Spa/Massage: While the rest of our stay was incredible, pool was great. the massage was a complete waste of time and money. It was not pleasant at all, and I definitely don't recommend booking it. Overall, if you skip the spa and focus on the beautiful property, incredible food, and the wonderful staff, you will have a fantastic time. We loved it!

Its really a great place with very high hospitality. Its a place where you can spend full day and relax.

Everything was great except the pool. The water was over-chlorinated/contaminated and caused itching and burning on my kids’ bodies, especially in sensitive areas. Several other guests had the same problem. The management was supportive when we complained but gave no explanation. My son still has pain and irritation in his genital area two days later.

The property was soo good with all the amenities. The room was very spacious ***** with a very nice view from the bed itself. Basic amenities were all present in the room as well as the bathroom. The room service was also very quick and the in room dining was very delicious. The breakfast which was included in our room package was also great and had a lot of variety. The check in and check out process was also quick and the ballet parking service was also provided. Other than all this, we were also provided a 15 mins complementary foot massages for 2 and 2 complimentary soft drinks. We stayed there for 2 nights and overall it was an amazing stay and i would recommend this property to everyone.

The location of the resort was great!. Services provided by the staffs was exceptional and in good tome too. Breakfast and dinner was good and commendable. Great nature friendly environment. Morning and evening walks were exceptional with sunrise and sunset beauty captures. Not to forget the birds chirpings and peacocks call in the early hours. Had a very wonderful time! Only lacking was a refrigerator and a mini bar fridge would be great for tourists. Special appreciative note to the young reception girl who welcomed with a drink and a very warming smile! (unfortunately could not recall her name). Thanks Krishna.

Pros - Stay was excellent, the tools were so well built and maintained. The scenic view and the whole property is very good. The staff was good and helping. cons- food was average with very limited options. We travelled with kids and we didn’t have enough option on menu for kids and also dessert option was disappointing. And pool is too far from the rooms. When I booked the stay through MMT it was only giving me options of a earth room and a mini room and not knowing the distance between 2 rooms I went ahead and booked. When I checked in is when I realized both rooms are 200 mtrs away.

Good atmosphere, great people even owner Nirmin was a good host , answering all queries even at 6am in morning
