PPengguna TetamuA fairly new hotel, with limited rooms but the service more than makes up for any disadvantages. Very friendly staff, decent buffet on offer, good location if you're looking for peace and quiet, and situated right next to a good mall. All in all, we had an excellent stay

PPengguna TetamuBest part of my hotel stay was at the hotel restaurant. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. Particularly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread. The service at the restaurant, from that of the chefs to the waiters was delightful and friendly. Special mention to the thoughtful service from Sourav, Rajesh Bhakat, Srideep and Triloka!

KKurzaThis is very impressive hotel for price and quality. I had very good stay there. As an international traveler, I had limited choice breakfast, but as soon as I asked for scrambled eggs and French toast, it was ready within minutes. Room is big and spacious. Very quiet, you don’t hear any sounds outside. Hot water is good, but managing shower wasn’t the best, so it’s area for improvement. Very nice facilities like swimming pool and gym comparing other hotel in the area.

AAustin KitHotel Arches is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Fort Kochi. Fantastic location near a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and cafes. Kerala Cafe is literally next door. The staff are very kind and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The room is basic but very clean. Bed was firm, lots of pillows and comfortable. Room faced the street but was pretty quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Aircon worked well and the room was stocked with water. No wash cloths which could be added as well as a safety deposit box…didn’t see one but also didn’t ask so it could have been there. Hotel felt very safe even as a solo woman traveler. I would definitely stay there again.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

SShiabudeenWe stayed at this three-star hotel in Kochi for one night during a family trip. The location is convenient, close to Ernakulam Town Railway station and easily accessible by public transport. The staff was polite and helpful, especially at the front desk.
The room was decently sized and clean, though the furniture and fixtures felt a bit dated. The air conditioning worked fine.
Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option for short stays, but there’s room for improvement in terms of amenities and upkeep. Good for travelers who are looking for basic comfort without splurging.

PPengguna Tetamuthe base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

TTraveling TanSapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
