Hotel berhampiran The Navigli, Milan

Great location and easy to check in and out. Took about 5 minutes to walk into centrale station and back. It is fully equipped with great amenities. All you need to get up and go, they also offered free coffee from a machine which was a life saver for an early morning flight. Clean and nice.

It’s a beautiful property! The room size was spectacular with 2 separated bedrooms, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast, which could offer more variety. The breakfast served in the room facing the canal was quite limited, so we ended up requesting to have breakfast in the chandelier room on our second day, which was a much better experience. Be prepared for some steps ;)

Location is great, close to the Milano Central station. I tried a couple of restaurants around the hotel, it was very nice.  Hotel room is too warm for us, we cannot adjust the temperature in our room. The staff said the temperature is not adjustable as set by the government. Luckily, the window is openable, we got some cool air from outside.

The location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.

Staff was amazing very welcoming, was given a voucher for a free drink loved it! Also very attentive to all our questions. Location wasn’t too bad nearest train/metro was roughly a 10-15min walk not bad at all. Views from room obviously just main roads. Washroom was very clean as well maybe minor issues but overall very good.

Location : Near the station but a bit ghetto area just like any other city hotels near stations It’s a nice looking hotel, the interior design is great but no amenities like pool or small gym at its price point. Nice bedroom though.

The hotel was pretty good. The room was pretty clean and nice but would've been nice to have a kettle at least. The staff were really nice. The location is really good. Overall a solid 7.4/10

The only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast

I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future.

Great location to and from metro and the centrale station. Takes 20 mins including walking to get to the duomo. Needs more PowerPoints in the room however everything else was excellent and the breakfast selection was wide and good
