這個小而美的酒店是一對老夫妻開的，離我們第一家居住的白壁傳統温泉山莊很近，我們入住的當天到達已經是晚上6:20左右了，辦理入住後，奶奶就問我們準備幾點用晚餐，由於我預訂的是一泊兩食，晚餐部分還是有點期待的好像開盲盒，有爐端燒的烤魚，各種當地小菜，生魚片，雜糧飯，米飯， 還有天婦羅，正當我們以為快結束的時候，竟然還有蕎麥麪，水果，真是一輪又一輪的，房間是很簡單的開間，吃好飯後奶奶已經把床幫忙鋪好了，回房間換了衣服就去泡湯了，當天入住的應該衹有我們一間房，獨享了温泉池，第二天一早又是一桌子傳統早餐，吃好飯，奶奶開車把我們送到了附近的巴士站湯島站，整體入住性價比還是很高的，推薦推薦

Very enthusiastic staff during check in. Ryokan is run mostly by foreign staff who spoke fluent English. They are hardworking and welcoming. Room allocated is aged and musty smelling. Hot spring bath is good though. Kaiseiki Dinner at this ryokan was the worst of the four we had during our Izu pennisula trip. We were served beef that was not fresh, sashimi with tough tendon that should have been removed by the chef. We will not return and do not recommend.

A beautiful property with traditional Japanese architecture. Both the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exquisite. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable outdoor public onsen, as well as the very relaxing private bath (just be sure to book in advance!). Most importantly, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Umakoshi. My husband felt unwell during the night, and she provided us with so much help and support. Thank you so much for your kindness!

A wonderful ryokan, which offered the perfect combination of tranquility, stunning scenery, and impeccable service. Surrounded by breathtaking natural views, it’s an ideal retreat for anyone looking to escape the bustle of daily life. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The service was exceptional—attentive, warm, and thoughtful. every detail was carefully curated to create an unforgettable experience. highly recommend this ryokan to anyone seeking a serene getaway with top-notch hospitality.

Our stay at Toi Fujiya Hotel felt like being treated to a 5-star experience. The service was absolutely exceptional - every staff member was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious and beautifully comfortable, with plush bedding and a relaxing atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the private onsen in the room - such a luxurious treat and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. And the food… wow! So much variety and every dish was delicious - a true feast that made every meal memorable. Overall, Toi Fujiya Hotel went above and beyond in every way. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Overall, a great place with a luxurious vibe. Dinner was great facing a green forest but we were placed in a table at the corner. There was an aircon light that was so bright it lit up the dark room in a blue glow, making it difficult to sleep. It’s a bit disappointing that the coffee section closes at 7pm so we didn’t have time to enjoy at all. No public onsen so relied on the one in our room.

ホテルに不満はありませんでしたが、車で行く人は駐車場に注意が必要です。予約サイトにも有料駐車場と書かれていますが、当日まで詳細が分からず、チェックイン直前に以下の内容を含むメールが届きました。事前に最大2400円の駐車料金が発生すると分かっていれば、無料駐車場のある他のホテルも選択肢に入れて考えたと思います。宿泊代に対して最大2400円の駐車料はかなりの高額に感じられるため、提携駐車場を作るなどして、もう少しリーズナブルにしてほしいです。 ■駐車場 ・松原公園駐車場(公共) ・1日(0:00起算)1200円 ・2時間まで出し入れ無料→22:01以降の駐車は翌日1200円→〜21:59までの駐車は2400円(2日)

酒店超級好，每個房型都不一樣，每個房間都是一個小別墅，都有私人温泉♨️，超級喜歡，我選擇的140平2層樓的房型，前台服務很好，會幫助提行李帶我到房間，第二天退房看到我司機來我房間幫忙提行李也立馬會跟着來幫忙提行李箱（我聽司機後來説的），酒店園景特別好，唯一我是臨時決定來伊豆臨時定的酒店所以沒訂到酒店的吃食（🉐提前三天定），這個酒店超級推薦推薦推薦

The hotel's value-added services are very considerate. From when the guests leave the car to when they return to the hotel room and then to the restaurant, all the employees do their best to serve the guests. The meal is full and delicious. This hotel is located in uphill. It is difficult to walk up to the hotel, better to plan your itinerary with free shuttle schedule. The free shuttle bus schedule stored in the hotel website but the file I couldn’t able to download. You can call the hotel for details. The hotel facilitates are good but every single spot are not walking distance. It is suggested to buy some snacks/food before going up to the hotel. If you play golf, they have a view of Mt Fuji. The staff here are polite and willing to answer your questions.
