PPengguna TetamuClean and spacious room. New hotel so everything is in good condition. The washing machine and dryer are on each floor so it's very convenient. 300yen to wash, 100yen per 30mins for dryer. Detergent (pod) provided for free. I didn't hear much noise eventhough the train is very near and nice seeing the different trains passing by. You can hear the trains vaguely when in the toilet probably through the ventilation duct. Grateful that the water kettle is fully metal on the inside. There's a drip coffee machine and one coffee pod per day for free (per person? ) Wifi is good and password assuring as it seems to be generated per room? There was a staff at the reception always (when I pass by) and they are always polite. There is a machine for self check in but the staff helped me check in. The machine is also a coin changer for the laundry machines.
There are many restaurants nearby and a big supermarket Co-op within walking distance. Tattoo friendly onsen Nagomi is also nearby about 10mins walk. Ramen kappa shop behind Co-op offers free 2nd serving of ramen noodle. Overall good value for money.

PPengguna Tetamuthe staff spoke good English and were very helpful to arrange trips and taxis. I could not fault my room as it was clean and fresh towels and it was in a class location. it was excellent value for the money and when I come back I will definitely stay there again. the two guys really made my holiday as their advice and help made my stay there so good. the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and I have no hesitation recommending it to anybody

PPengguna TetamuExcellent cleaning service. Room was very clean, comfortable and organized. Very close to KIX airport and hotel offered a convenient shuttle service on time to terminal 1. The people working there very friendly and excellent customer service.

JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.

FFairyflossSelf check-in was smooth and hassle-free with on-site staff available if any assistance is needed. The room size was comfortable and I especially loved the pillows. The hotspring was well-sized and didn’t feel cramped at all. There’s also a café outside where you can grab quick snacks and drink plus a selection of books to enjoy.

Close stay to airport for convenience of flights.
Basic hotel, stayed 2 nights a reasonable duration before leaving for Kyoto.
Lawson Place offers great instant food/sandwiches, just by the exit if Rinku Town station of Nankai Line.
Also from Rinku Town station it's quite convenient to move around with trains to either Nara Park or Namba/Dotonbori river (you just need time to get use to the Japan train lines/platforms/departure times)

PPengguna TetamuBetween 5 and 10 mins walk from the nearest subway depending on how fast you go. About 2km from the nearest airport express subway so need to change trains if using the nearest stop (normally the local train is waiting when the express arrives). With the train change it takes about 15 mins to get to the airport. Several large supermarkets within 5 mins walk, some beaches about a mile away, nothing else in the local area. Was able to check in early despite hotel being full. Rooms are small but functional. A bit out of date with old furniture and a small bathroom but everything working, plenty of power outlets, air-conditioning, tea and coffee, TV, reasonable lighting, toiletries provided, torch etc. Quiet most of the day and night, only a little bit of noise around breakfast time. Free drinks machine in the lobby as well as vending and a reasonable looking restaurant (didn't use it). Parking for locals outside. Was able to store luggage after checkout and pick it up again at 6pm. For AM departures to the airport a free shuttle bus is available. Easy location to find as it's the only tall hotel in the area and subway is usable as the line maps on the walls include English translations and you can pick the correct fare from the machines at the unmanned station by the zone price or by selecting airport. Express train is just under 40 minutes to Namba in the city - no idea how long the local train takes but worth changing at the first express station. A reasonable base of operations, not a destination or location in itself.
