PPengguna TetamuClean and spacious room. New hotel so everything is in good condition. The washing machine and dryer are on each floor so it's very convenient. 300yen to wash, 100yen per 30mins for dryer. Detergent (pod) provided for free. I didn't hear much noise eventhough the train is very near and nice seeing the different trains passing by. You can hear the trains vaguely when in the toilet probably through the ventilation duct. Grateful that the water kettle is fully metal on the inside. There's a drip coffee machine and one coffee pod per day for free (per person? ) Wifi is good and password assuring as it seems to be generated per room? There was a staff at the reception always (when I pass by) and they are always polite. There is a machine for self check in but the staff helped me check in. The machine is also a coin changer for the laundry machines.
There are many restaurants nearby and a big supermarket Co-op within walking distance. Tattoo friendly onsen Nagomi is also nearby about 10mins walk. Ramen kappa shop behind Co-op offers free 2nd serving of ramen noodle. Overall good value for money.

PPengguna Tetamuthe staff spoke good English and were very helpful to arrange trips and taxis. I could not fault my room as it was clean and fresh towels and it was in a class location. it was excellent value for the money and when I come back I will definitely stay there again. the two guys really made my holiday as their advice and help made my stay there so good. the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and I have no hesitation recommending it to anybody

NNoruA nice business hotel. There’s free shuttle to the airport. Staff were very welcoming and unlike most of hotels in Japan, they have English speaking staff which makes it more convenient. Room is clean and big compared to typical hotels in Japan. All in all, a great hotel.

JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.

PPengguna TetamuWe flew into Kansai airport and this little hotel was a great spot to land. They have a pickup service from the airport that you pay for and from Hineno train station for free. We definitely could have taken the train but it was really nice to get picked up and the driver was great. The room itself was exactly as advertised. It was quiet and clean and the bath was large and relaxing after a long flight. The room is tatami style but the mattresses are cofmortable so as long as you're ok getting up and down it's comfortable and peaceful. There aren't many reataurants nearby and when I asked the staff for recommendations, I was directed to google maps... so I looked at google maps and discovered that if you're prepared to walk for 20 minutes through the neighbourhood there is the best okonomiaki we've ever had at a little local place called Petanko. We'd definitley stay again.

Close stay to airport for convenience of flights.
Basic hotel, stayed 2 nights a reasonable duration before leaving for Kyoto.
Lawson Place offers great instant food/sandwiches, just by the exit if Rinku Town station of Nankai Line.
Also from Rinku Town station it's quite convenient to move around with trains to either Nara Park or Namba/Dotonbori river (you just need time to get use to the Japan train lines/platforms/departure times)
