Hotel berhampiran Stesen Kita, Miyazu

All the staffs are so polite and nice. The location is so good, you can walk to every tourist spots in Amanohashidate. The room is clean and neat. The breakfast and dinner are average.

The staff are nice and their services are great. The location is really good. But there are complaints about the hotel booking process. 1. There were no responses from the hotel or trip. com after the confirmation of the booking. I sent a few messages to the hotel via trip.com, hotel's IG regarding an inquiry to change the meal menu. But no one replied to me before I checked in. Even though I showed the message history in front of the hotel staff, they still said they haven't received them. 2. hotel charged me again when I checked out. I have already paid on trip.com with full price. But when I checked out, hotel forced me to pay the room charges again. Even though I showed them the payment record. Then I had to pay the room charges again. Otherwise I could not leave. Finally I got a refund from trip.com after a week. But it was a very bad experience that happened on my birthday.

I got a full course meal with mix of European and Japanese cuisine for dinner and breakfast. Incidentally my room was facing east and towards the bay, so I could catch the sunrise. At 530 am I could see the buildings across the bay waking up. The room given to me was very big, could easily fit a family in there.

Was great. Road to the accomodation is a bit rough due to no sidewalk on road. But staff welcomed us from outside the hotel which was so nice. The baths stay open from 6.30am until midnight so plenty of time. We didn’t try the food due to limited availability (they aren’t accommodated to serve all guests staying in the hotel). Without suitcases, this hotels walk to anywhere in the area was great. Bicycle rentals are common in the area. Staff were super kind and friendly. Room was fantastic, amazing views.

We booked a Japanese family room and we arrived about 6:00 pm. Our room was on 3rd floor, when the lift door opens, a strong fishy smell. The corridor were not air conditioned and it was hot. Our room is at the corner, had a stale atmosphere. It still summer and weather is incredibly hot, it would be helpful if the staff had prepared the room and cool it before we arrived. AC is not working well, the room was still not cool when we slept. We could not rest well. The mattress & bedding were not comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Overall it’s not worth a night for SGD423.

Hotel location is very good for self driving travelers. The hotel is a traditional building with very good service. The staff are friendly. There were two issues due to our room location. One of them was our room located next to the public toilet. When we passed through the toilet going back to the room, it was a bit smelly. The second issue was the guest making noise by stepping around upstairs during the midnight. Other than that, the hotel itself is fantastic.

Wonderful hostel! The girl on the reception is most helpful and friendly. It is 7-10 minutes from the bus stop, partially uphill, but the breathtaking view from terrace is worth it. Dinner and breakfast is substantial and tasty, free tea and coffee all day long. In the bathroom they have a small but nice sento! I highly recommend it!

非常具有日式風味的日式旅館，兩層樓的木造建築，我們選擇了二樓面向阿蘇灣的日式榻榻米房間，景觀好的沒話說，晚餐和早餐非常的精緻，份量也足夠，口味令人讚不絕口。步行到車站約莫3分鐘如果上午就到達天橋立車站的話旅館可以先寄放行李室內有一部電梯所以不用擔心行李的部分要人工搬運，如果想要體驗日式旅館的人，這一間絕對是你的好選擇。

Недорогой отель в Аманохашидатэ. Идеальное место для проживания в этом городке. Можно дойти от станции за 10 минут по набережной вдоль канала наслаждаясь видом. У нас был большой тяжелый чемодан, но мы без труда дошли до отеля. Номер с видом на море в японском стиле стал приятным сюрпризом. Номер очень большой, есть где разложить вещи. Это практически двухкомнатная квартира. Для иностранцев хорошая возможность пожить в комнате в японском стиле, с раздвижными дверями, футонами и низким столом. Отель хоть и не новый, но все в очень хорошем состоянии, можно сказать в идеальном. Удивил современный туалет в номере, не в каждой новой гостинице есть такой. Есть мини-онсен. Все тоже в хорошем состоянии. Мы ходили после 9 вечера и там уже никого не было. Персонал очень приветливый, готовый помочь. Уборку номера предлагают каждый день. Лучше всего брать номер с питанием, так как в городе рестораны закрываются рано, а в единственном магазине к вечеру уже все разбирают. Персоналу отдельное спасибо за работу. Надеемся приехать еще раз.

Geweldig oude herberg van 100 jaar oud. Oude japanse charme. Ik had een kamer met prima ruimte en verlichting. Er was een ons/bad dat fantastisch was en de eigenaren waren hele lieve, gastvrije mensen. De locatie is dicht bij een busstop richting Ine, een grote supermarkt en de cable car naar het park.
