It is a wonderful hotel, a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature, onsens and exclusively excellent Kaisai dinner. You can book two private onsens per 1 day (e.g. one in the evening and 1 in the morning) and also 1 private stay in sauna. You can spend time together with your couple. Public onsens are almost free all the time, so you can enjoy them either. We really loved our stay, the hospitality of all staff and free transfer provided. I have looked through many hotels, but this was the best with quality price ratio.

Ordered connecting rooms for 3 at high floor, very nice, clean, and complete amenities aside from luggage storage but no big deal. Location is fantastic, 6-8 mins walking distance from Sannomiya station and bus stop from KIX. Many shops and restaurants around so convenient. Front desk english not good but check in still no issues, check out using machine so very fast. All in all a great value for a 3 star hotel and highly recommended!

Saya bertukar ke hotel ini pada saat-saat akhir kerana lokasinya yang selesa. Tanpa diduga, ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya! Beberapa kejutan: Lokasinya lebih mudah daripada yang saya bayangkan. Banyak kedai terkenal berada dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki, apatah lagi kereta bawah tanah, yang terletak di tingkat bawah. Sangat mudah untuk ke Kyoto keesokan harinya; Wanita di meja depan memberi saya hotel bertingkat tinggi. Pemandangannya bagus. Saya melihat matahari terbenam ketika saya mendaftar masuk. Tidak perlu pergi ke Gunung Rokko. Ia juga sangat tenang dan kalis bunyi, tidak ada bunyi sama sekali pada waktu malam; Kemudahan bilik adalah sangat baru dan pintar. Had a nice time staying for a week at this hotel. It is close to Sannomiya station with lots of restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance to key areas such as Chinatown, Kitano etc. The room is cleaned with relatively good breakfast choices. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a hotel close to the station.

Location is quite a walk from the station especially with extreme strong wind. The bed is hard with thin pillow, but this hotel offers unlimited drinks (coffee, tea) and FREE breakfast! That got 5 stars plus points from us!

Had a great stay here! The location is perfect—super close to Sannomiya Station, which made getting around a breeze. The room was nice and spacious, really comfortable. The area is safe and quiet at night, so I could actually get a good night's sleep, which is so important when traveling. Highly recommend!

Really best of the best, location (5 mins from shin kobe station, subways local trains to hotel, ropeway and herb gardens etc).  Best service upon check in, best food, best room.  No words to express my happiness during my stay in this hotel.

Great location. It has the usual sleeping gown, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush. It even had cleansing oil, toner. There also offered tea bags that you can take freely take from the lobby. The surrounding area has some renovations going on but the hotel is right by the Sannomiya station and bus terminal. The Lawson convenience store is right outside.

About 15 mins’ walk from Shin Kobe JR. 10 mins’ walk to Sanomiya. Location was ok. The room was not too small. Clean environment, coffee machine and amenities available at lobby. Had problems with room WiFi the first night. Front desk didn’t have solution upon my phone inquiry. After reporting to CTrip, hours later, a Chinese speaking staff came to my door to help me. And problem solved. The next day, hotel sent a note asking for my feedback on the issue. Which was a professional and nice gesture. Breakfast was a chain fast food connected to the lobby. Front desk staff can communicate in English. Overall, good experience with this price. 离新神户JR站步行约二十分钟；三宫约十分钟，附近貌似没有地铁站；经济型酒店，房间不算很小，有浴缸； 首晚，下午发现房间Wi-Fi用不了；电话前台只会Sorry；跟携程说了后，晚上有中国员工上门，解决了问题；第二天，酒店还询问反馈；这点还是服务不错，毕竟是喜来登旗下，还是更专业；不像京都的Tokyu Stay Sanjo Karasuma三条乌丸，酒店设施有问题，装没事的。 设施一般，该有的都有；一楼有洗浴用品，调味包大小的一次性牙膏很方便；早晨就是大堂旁边的松屋，要另外买； 前台员工英语可以交流；第一天接待我的眼镜大叔，动作有一点慢，慢慢跟他说还是可以的。整体体验还不错，毕竟价格不贵。
