"Ordered connecting rooms for 3 at high floor, very nice, clean, and complete amenities aside from luggage storage but no big deal. Location is fantastic, 6-8 mins walking distance from Sannomiya station and bus stop from KIX. Many shops and restaurants around so convenient. Front desk english not good but check in still no issues, check out using machine so very fast. All in all a great value for a 3 star hotel and highly recommended!"

"The hotel near the Kobe Sannomiya station and also near the center of the Kobe, walk not too far to find the good restaurants. The staff at the front desk can rarely speak English but she willing to help us. The room is standard clean. We got the room near the elevator even we have choose the option far from the elevator in the Trip, anyway the room is quiet so there’s no problem. Attached with the scenario I took from the window of the room."

"Ia adalah kira-kira 5-6 minit dari Hanshin dan Stesen JR Motomachi. Terdapat juga jalan arked di Motomachi, jadi saya tidak fikir anda akan terlalu basah walaupun hujan. Lebih kurang 10 minit ke Sannomiya. Walau bagaimanapun, jika anda datang dengan Hankyu, anda perlu menukar kereta api. Hotel ini agak baru, dan bilik tidur serta bilik mandi bersih. "Really best of the best, location (5 mins from shin kobe station, subways local trains to hotel, ropeway and herb gardens etc).  Best service upon check in, best food, best room.  No words to express my happiness during my stay in this hotel."

"About 15 mins’ walk from Shin Kobe JR. 10 mins’ walk to Sanomiya. Location was ok. The room was not too small. Clean environment, coffee machine and amenities available at lobby. Had problems with room WiFi the first night. Front desk didn’t have solution upon my phone inquiry. After reporting to CTrip, hours later, a Chinese speaking staff came to my door to help me. And problem solved. The next day, hotel sent a note asking for my feedback on the issue. Which was a professional and nice gesture. Breakfast was a chain fast food connected to the lobby. Front desk staff can communicate in English. Overall, good experience with this price. 离新神户JR站步行约二十分钟；三宫约十分钟，附近貌似没有地铁站；经济型酒店，房间不算很小，有浴缸； 首晚，下午发现房间Wi-Fi用不了；电话前台只会Sorry；跟携程说了后，晚上有中国员工上门，解决了问题；第二天，酒店还询问反馈；这点还是服务不错，毕竟是喜来登旗下，还是更专业；不像京都的Tokyu Stay Sanjo Karasuma三条乌丸，酒店设施有问题，装没事的。 设施一般，该有的都有；一楼有洗浴用品，调味包大小的一次性牙膏很方便；早晨就是大堂旁边的松屋，要另外买； 前台员工英语可以交流；第一天接待我的眼镜大叔，动作有一点慢，慢慢跟他说还是可以的。整体体验还不错，毕竟价格不贵。"

"Love the location very close to the center and public transport. Onsen is very clean .. definitely book a room with the onsen in the room, solo traveler can reserved a private time on schedule. The hostess is very helpful and speak English .. at night the security lock the front door please take note of the number to help you get in . Have a nice stay 😉"

"The hotel is new and modern, spaces room with separate toilet and shower which is good in Japan. Good soundproof. Free ice cream from 8pm to 10pm. Nice coffee available at lobby. Everything is good except staff not very friendly."

"Saya bertukar ke hotel ini pada saat-saat akhir kerana lokasinya yang selesa. Tanpa diduga, ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya! Beberapa kejutan: Lokasinya lebih mudah daripada yang saya bayangkan. Banyak kedai terkenal berada dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki, apatah lagi kereta bawah tanah, yang terletak di tingkat bawah. Sangat mudah untuk ke Kyoto keesokan harinya; Wanita di meja depan memberi saya hotel bertingkat tinggi. Pemandangannya bagus. Saya melihat matahari terbenam ketika saya mendaftar masuk. "Slightly older, but clean hotel with perfect location near the train and bus station. Countless Food, Café‘s and Bars around. We took the bus to Osaka Airport which is a 5min walk from the hotel and goes regularly. 7-Eleven just downstairs. Only had the choice for smoking rooms, but for me as a non smoker it was more or less okay. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well."
