Beautiful hotel with top notch and warm service staff. Dinner and breakfast was good not to mention the fantastic onsen experience which was the main reason we came here. Last but not least, one of the staff personal noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and offered to me some painkillers. Overall, great and memorable experience!

Saya bertukar ke hotel ini pada saat-saat akhir kerana lokasinya yang selesa. Tanpa diduga, ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya! Beberapa kejutan: Lokasinya lebih mudah daripada yang saya bayangkan. Banyak kedai terkenal berada dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki, apatah lagi kereta bawah tanah, yang terletak di tingkat bawah. Sangat mudah untuk ke Kyoto keesokan harinya; Wanita di meja depan memberi saya hotel bertingkat tinggi. Pemandangannya bagus. Saya melihat matahari terbenam ketika saya mendaftar masuk. Tidak perlu pergi ke Gunung Rokko. Ia juga sangat tenang dan kalis bunyi, tidak ada bunyi sama sekali pada waktu malam; Kemudahan bilik adalah sangat baru dan pintar. Walaupun kawasannya kecil, terdapat butiran tersembunyi di mana-mana (seperti cermin penuh di sudut, almari pakaian di dinding TV, dll.); Akhirnya, peralatan tempat tidur juga sangat baik. Hotel is in a convenient location nearby the metro station. If you want to stay away from the sun and stay underground, from the Sannomiya metro station, looking for the West 3 exit which may take a walk for about 8 mins underground. The hotel is within walking distance like 5 minutes from the West 3 exit. However, it's better to prepare yourself climbing up a long staircase with your luggages. Hotel facilities is well designed, new and in good conditions. Big window in the guest room is very comfortable while sitting at the specially designed little sitting corner looking at the sky outside. Though the room is small, it is well designed. Space can be used effectively. I can say, small but good. Happy hour for free ice-cream and coffee is a highlight from 20:00-22:00. Staff are friendly, helpful and patient. English communication is ok. Staff are willing to spend effort fulfilling customer's request. You can easily feel their enthusiasm on work and professionalism. Comparing to the hotels nearby, this hotel sounds to be the best choice I have made.

Had my first night stay here at Sannomiya Kobe, took an airport limo bus to Sannomiya station and it was just a 10min stroll to the hotel, my previous japan experience was from AirBNB, but this hotel stay at Sotetsu Sannomiya changed my perception! Although I stayed for only 1 night in there, I managed to explore nearby places and even tried Kobe Beef for the first time ever! Hotel is super clean, you can refill the toiletries as and when needed, they are just right at level 1. Check in was seemless, check out as well! There is also a laundry service, microwave and vending machine at level 2. Bedding and cleaniness is top notch! Will highly recommend this hotel to many other travellers!

Very spacious room, able to open multiple large suitcases. Close to train station and many restaurants and shops. Staff are helpful. Carpark was always full, so had to park at a further carpark although at the same fixed rate.

Excellent location - you can even go to the downtown on foot. Right on the Shin-Kobe station, which means 5mins walking from Shinkansen. Super beautiful city lights in the evening. Strongly recommended!

About 15 mins’ walk from Shin Kobe JR. 10 mins’ walk to Sanomiya. Location was ok. The room was not too small. Clean environment, coffee machine and amenities available at lobby. Had problems with room WiFi the first night. Front desk didn’t have solution upon my phone inquiry. After reporting to CTrip, hours later, a Chinese speaking staff came to my door to help me. And problem solved. The next day, hotel sent a note asking for my feedback on the issue. Which was a professional and nice gesture. Breakfast was a chain fast food connected to the lobby. Front desk staff can communicate in English. Overall, good experience with this price. 离新神户JR站步行约二十分钟；三宫约十分钟，附近貌似没有地铁站；经济型酒店，房间不算很小，有浴缸； 首晚，下午发现房间Wi-Fi用不了；电话前台只会Sorry；跟携程说了后，晚上有中国员工上门，解决了问题；第二天，酒店还询问反馈；这点还是服务不错，毕竟是喜来登旗下，还是更专业；不像京都的Tokyu Stay Sanjo Karasuma三条乌丸，酒店设施有问题，装没事的。 设施一般，该有的都有；一楼有洗浴用品，调味包大小的一次性牙膏很方便；早晨就是大堂旁边的松屋，要另外买； 前台员工英语可以交流；第一天接待我的眼镜大叔，动作有一点慢，慢慢跟他说还是可以的。整体体验还不错，毕竟价格不贵。

Location is great as it is practically adjacent to the Sannomiya train station. However, there is a major scale construction going on now, right exactly in front of the hotel and if you are not observant, it could easily slip your sight. Also note there are two Tokyu Rei hotels nearby each other and if you are taking a taxi from Shin Kobe station, remember to clearly specify the destination is Sannomiya Tokyu Rei and not the nearby one in Moto Machi which the driver brought us to. As is typical of most hotels in Japan, even though we had a twin room, space was rather limited and we barely had enough to even open up a medium size luggage bag let alone two. A big plus point was food options were everywhere and all within walking distance, with many eateries just directly behind the hotel and more as you walk down the main road leading to a row of various restaurants and various eateries for all budgets. Check-in was of the touch machine kind which is typical of Japan now and staff were at hand to help and guide along. They were also especially helpful providing useful information as to where to go for a good meal and how to get to other places of interests. Given the proximity to train station, the food options around and the price we paid, Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei is a good choice for a stay in Kobe.

The hotel offers a convenient location, especially for those using the metro, as it is closer to metro station than JR lines. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights
