服務人員全部都很有禮，說一句謝謝，他們就會回你一句謝謝你
房間很大很奢華，是我目中想要的那種
房內有兩個溫泉，一個熱，一個冷
房內竟然用Refu 風筒 激讚！
非常舒服
唯一可惜是房間未有很好的景觀
但入住的晚上下起大雪
露台望出去屋簷瓦片都白雪雪的 很美
入住兩晚都包早晚兩餐
食物質素高，而且沒有重覆
早上有鯛魚茶漬飯和日式早餐
鯛魚飯很有特色 不過我個人更喜歡傳統日式
整體來說都是高質素的兩晚
我一定會再回來松江入住皆美館

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for three days and the hotel was beautiful. Very spacious, all of the amenities and such a relaxing hot spring tub. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

RRaymondTo be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

YYolkieThis hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on:
- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

The place is very cozy, the baths were nice and the manager was very very nice. Even if I don’t speak Japanese and he doesnt speak English, he tried to speak with me with his phone translator and made sure everything was ok for me.
I would definitely recommend the place. If you are a foreigner please be sure to respect the manners. No shoes inside, no slippers in the baths, shower before bath, etc.

室内も広く清潔で、不自由なく過ごすことができた。
朝食もバラエティーに富んでいて、おいしくいただいた。
大浴場があり、疲れた身体を癒すことができた。
周囲には、おいしいご飯屋さんが多くあり、食に困らなかった。
松江駅から少し遠いが、シャトルバスもあるため、便利。

GGOMEZGOMILAHabitación bastante pequeña y encima la mitad del suelo estaba elevado por una especie de estante de madera que me hizo tropezar un par de veces.
Baño común demasiado caliente y no muy cómodo. Había un sofá de masaje pero creo que estaba roto y muy desgastado.
Solo había 1 ascensor funcionando y no era cómodo.
Personal de recepción muy atentos y me dejaron en la habitacion la maleta que había enviado desde Kioto.
