Lokasi sangat strategik, betul-betul di tengah-tengah jalan makanan onsen, dan dekat dengan stesen, padang ski dataran tinggi serta restoran, semuanya boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Bilik sangat luas dan susun aturnya selesa. Di tingkat bawah ada lounge di mana tetamu boleh menikmati tiga jenis sake secara percuma, dan kotatsu sangat selesa. Onsennya bagus, ada kolam di dalam dan di luar. Sarapan pagi terasa istimewa, tetapi nilai untuk wang sangat rendah, jauh berbeza daripada Ryokan Takahan yang lebih sederhana. Servis biasa-biasa sahaja, ada seorang budak lelaki dari Guangdong yang boleh berbahasa Mandarin semasa menyambut tetamu. Ini adalah ryokan keluarga, dan pemiliknya agak dingin.

PPengguna TetamuThe best stay ever with exceptional service and super gorgeous room + private onsen. We enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink and dessert before they showed us to our room. The loft style japanese room was stunning, decorated with tasteful details. The best part was of course the onsen, we could watch snow as we enjoyed the soak. There was also a massage chair in the room haha.
The breakfast that we added on was really delicious too. The hotel provides pick up service to and fro train stations nearby, make sure to check with them prior to your arrival.
Something that warms our hearts is their quality service, e.g. they would warm our shoes before we head out as it was snowing outside etc.
Location wise, it's very near to Gala Yuzawa station. However, I think most restaurants are closer to Echigo Yuzawa station. So we would take a short walk there every night for dinner instead.

JJeffrey PinchindaHotel sits right next to Ichigo Yuzawa, super convenience to commute. Facilities are good. Ski rental is right in the hotel with a private transfer to ski resort.

PPengguna Tetamua last minute short ski trip found me checking out this resort and it suited me just fine. I only had time to ski for 2 days and was pleasantly surprised by the good value for money here. Arriving in the early morning from Ueno on the 0649hr Shinkansen, I hopped onto the 0810hr hotel shuttle, registered myself at the front desk (had my room assigned but check in was at 3pm) and found myself on the slope just shortly after 9am. Hotel guests also have free use of a locker to keep our equipment overnight.
I was contemplating to visit another slope (maybe Gala or Iwappara) the next day but enjoyed myself enough to save the hassle and continue skiing at Naspa Ski Garden on the second day. Ski passes for both days were free for hotel guests (although I only stayed a night). Breakfast was a sumptuous spread of buffet the next morning. Room was large, nice and clean. Onsen was perfect. I checked out after breakfast, left my bags with storage and at the end of the day, use the changing area to pack up before catching the hotel shuttle to Echigo Yuzawa Station. I managed to do some shopping in Ginza and had a great sushi meal there before heading to the hotel.
I will certainly return!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is close to the train station, but need to walk uphill. Although we clearly booked 2 adults 2 kids in Trip.com but the hotel still charged the extra costs for 2 kids (2 years old) for additional 4400 Yen, pay cash at the checkin counter. The room was ready at 3PM and got the room on 3rd floor with mountain view at the back of hotel. The room was spacious, nice and clean. Staff came for turning down the bed futon in the evening. The breakfast was so amazing and plenty of choices. Overall, we had a good stay.

JJadzia DaxWe are not allowed to wear our own shoes once we enter the lobby. If we are expected to walk bare feet, maybe the hotel should consider providing guest with indoor slippers.
It is very uncomfortable walking to the restaurants barefeet as no matter how clean they keep the floors, there’s bound to be food spills and oily surfaces.
Breakfast and Dinner are great, just need more variety for guests staying more than 3 days.

DDebating CoachKami seperti dem bois. Kelebihannya ialah mereka kadangkala mempunyai pelatih yang bertutur dalam bahasa Mando sekiranya anda tidak bertutur dalam bahasa Jepun. Nilai yang hebat. Tempat mandi terbuka yang hebat. Makanan laut yang kuat. Gambar adalah perkhidmatan makan malam kaiseki.

BBeeSkyThis hotel is located at a very convenient location near Echigo-Yuzawa JR train station. It is also a stone's throw away from Family Mart convenience store where I get my breakfast and coffee every morning. During ski season, the area around the train station gets booked up fast due to the convenient links to the various ski resorts around the locality.
The owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. He was showed kindness and was concerned of my well-being too after the snowboarding sessions. Thank you so much for the enjoyable and wonderful stay at Yuzawa!

PPengguna TetamuOlder property but kept clean and very good customer service. Nice breakfast for very reasonable price and nice onsen on top floor with inside and outside baths. It’s about 10mins walk to Echigo-Yuzawa station but after telling the hotel our arrival time they picked us up from the station. You can also catch the Naspa shuttle bus from a stop about 4 mins walk up the road.
