JJaytwkMy stay at Hotel Hatago Nagomi was a lovely experience. While the property is a bit on the older side, it more than makes up for it with a cozy atmosphere and excellent service.
Waking up to a direct view of the lake from my room was a highlight, as was winding down in the relaxing on-site hot spring. The three-course Japanese dinner was absolutely awesome and offered incredible quality for a very standard price. It’s a perfect, comfortable home base for anyone looking for an authentic stay in Nikko.

NNuthazelSangat bagus, mengagumkan, perkhidmatan yang baik, makanan yang lazat, pemandangan yang indah, suasana yang tenang, boleh melihat Jambatan Kinugawa. dan berjalan ke bawah untuk bermain di tepi sungai Pergi semasa musim dedaun musim luruh adalah sangat baik. Terdapat onsen dalaman dan luaran untuk anda berendam.

主要日光這家‘’界‘’的上酒店纜車，很值得體驗
酒店距離車站特別近，看似在山裡，實際出門不遠就是温泉街，很繁華，同時又很隱蔽
裝修是特別日式的風格，極簡➕侘寂風
我個人非常喜歡
喜歡這個系列風格的人會非常喜歡，如果喜歡奢華繁複的風格就不推薦這裏，來了會失落
另外酒店有免費的咖啡，茶吧，以及無限量果汁➕無限量冰淇淋，所以小朋友玩的比大人開心
温泉景觀特別美，櫻花季節温泉望出去就是，紅葉季節，滿山院子裏都是
整體來説，酒店並不大，類似小小度假村，但是細節，景觀，以及活動還挺多，夜晚有免費的活動表演，晚餐的懷石料理是高級好吃的，早餐是日式料理，味道也很不錯
值得體驗的一家酒店，高級風卻又沒有拒人於千里，服務態度很舒服。
另外開車五分鐘，附近一大堆好玩的主題樂園，景點，這個也是推薦原因～～

MMargaret TomLove the area and the outdoor public baths. The meals were good. My husband complained that there’s no meat but I like all the vegetarian dishes provided. Tasted very good. There’s a small fried fish and few sashimi slices. My husband rates the food to be 3/10 while I rate it 5/10 as I am amazed at how they make vegetarian dishes so well.
They do not serve any fish for breakfast which is quite unlike other ryokan we had been to. They had more vegetables and an egg for breakfast. I liked it though.
The ryokan had free shuttle service for pick up and drop off to coincide with the bus times, very convenient, responsible and timely.

DdreamingfabiThe reception inside the dormitory pod is almost non. Wi-if can be connected but no signal. Could not get cell service either. Not sure but it seemed like the pod walls blocking the service?
Communal space on the second floor was great. Various kind of free beverages and sofa and hammock to relax.

TTsusiefirst of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's
& a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

PPengguna TetamuThe exterior of the hotel is pretty, but the interior of the hotel is dated and needs a bit of updating. There were parts of the hotel that were completely shut down (maybe there are saving up enough money to one day renovate). However the facilities and rooms are well maintained and the onsens are beautiful and peaceful. There are 2 main onsens, that are separated by men and women. Each day the onsens are switched, in the morning you will go to one, and in the evening before dinner you can experience the other onsen. Onsite there is a really nice restaurant and gift shop that featured local products at reasonable prices. There is a 24 hour coffee/tea station that is free to use. It's a short 10 minute walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station. When you arrive they provide you a yukata to wear while you are staying at the hotel. The rooms are spacious with options for a western bed or japanese style (sleeping on the floor). We opted for the western bed to be higher off the ground as we thought it would be colder to sleep on the ground. Although the rooms are very well heated and was a bit too warm, that we needed to open the window to cool the room down. The rooms have nice views of the countryside. They provide a pitcher of ice water in the room and you can go to the front desk to refill with ice if more is needed. The bathroom is quite large and has both a shower and toilet in a separate room of the bathroom; although we mostly bathed in the onsen. There is a 7-eleven nearby that was open 24 hours, but otherwise there isn't much else around the hotel. Also the town of Kinugawa Onsen closes quite early, around 8pm it's quite deserted. We were there at the end of November 2024, and it seemed that the hotel was mostly unoccupied, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was a very nice one night stay.

GGinny YapThe hotel overall is great for the price paid, and service was excellent especially from the Vietnamese girl at the front desk who speaks English AND Japanese fluently. Even Japanese guests thought she was Jap. Haha. However, the company could do with hiring a bit more staff as there are things that need a bit more attention and some repairs needed in the room. That being said, the rooms are huge! The outdoor onsen was also colder than expected (although this is explained during check in) and is best in the morning.

PPengguna TetamuI don’t understand why someone would leave a negative review due to their own negligence. Trip.com clearly mentioned the additional 300-yen tax (I assume this is the onsen tax) per person, yet they still claimed they were “scammed.”
My overall experience at Hotel Euro City was wonderful. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the shuttle bus service was amazing. If you want to get to the hotel easily, check the shuttle schedule on the hotel’s homepage so you don’t have to walk from the station. They run it every day at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 15:15, 16:15, 17:15, and 18:15 from “Nikko Station Hotel Classic,” right next to JR Nikko Station.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the onsen in the backyard was great. It’s true that the room had a mild smell, but I assume it was due to recent pest control (it smelled like pesticide). Just open the windows for a while and it goes away.
Breakfast was okay—not as fancy as in the advertisements, maybe because it wasn’t peak season. Overall, I think this is a very good choice, especially if you’re traveling with family.
自分の不注意が原因なのに、なぜ悪いレビューを書くのか理解できません。Trip.com にはきちんと「1人あたり300円の追加税金（おそらく入湯税）」と明記されているのに、それでも「だまされた」と書く人がいます。
私のホテル・ユーロシティでの滞在はとても快適でした。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、シャトルバスのサービスも素晴らしかったです。駅から歩きたくない場合は、ホテルのホームページでシャトルバスの時刻を確認すると良いと思います。毎日、JR日光駅のすぐ隣にある「日光ステーションホテルクラシック」から 9:00／9:30／10:00／15:15／16:15／17:15／18:15 に運行しています。
部屋は広くて快適で、裏庭にある温泉もとても良かったです。確かに部屋には少し匂いがありましたが、おそらく害虫駆除をした後の匂い（殺虫剤のような匂い）だと思います。窓を開けてしばらく換気すればなくなります。
朝食は普通で、広告ほど豪華ではありませんでしたが、ハイシーズンではなかったためかもしれません。全体的に、特に家族連れの方にはとても良い選択だと思います。
