Een hele mooie locatie die helaas iets te veraf gelegen is als je geen auto hebt. Maar de gastheer is heel vriendelijk. Kamer is prima. Het ontbijt ook. Wellicht toch handig om ook diner te reserveren. Dat hadden wij niet gedaan en er is niet heel veel in de buurt te vinden

This house is great ! If anyone looks for the house to stay with family or friends, I recommend this house. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, washing machine and kitchen area. You can park your car. But I recommend who deciding to stay here, this house is located on county road. The road is very dark.

這是個木屋別墅，一樓有一個大床主卧和一個四人上下鋪的房間，一個洗手間和兩個梳洗間，和二樓一個雙床次卧和一個洗手間。我們一家四口住起來非常寬敞。有廚房可以做飯，還有咖啡機等，小朋友很喜歡這個環境。但比較偏一點沒有車接送不是很方便。不配備牙刷，也沒有拖鞋，但非常乾淨，赤腳走也是很不錯的體驗。價格有點小貴，其它還不錯吧。

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe price is very affordable for what is offered. The bedrooms are spacious, and reception welcomed us warmly with thoughtful snacks and drinks, which made us feel right at home. The only small downside was that the air-conditioning wasn’t very cold—perhaps due to the winter season—but overall, it was still well worth the price. A comfortable stay with great value, and we truly enjoyed.

HHihiwongWe stayed at Nozo Hotel recently and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and well-designed. The onsen (hot spring) area is beautiful, surrounded by a serene environment, and the facilities are complete and modern.
The staff Yuna and Deegli were all very polite and helpful, especially Yuna , Yuna went above and beyond to assist us. After we rented a car, we had trouble connecting it to Google Maps and our iPhones. Yuna worked really hard to find the solution for us and finally helped us successfully pair our iPhones with the car. Her patience and dedication were truly commendable .
Because of this excellent experience, we will definitely choose Nozo Hotel again on our next trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great facilities, and outstanding service!

PPengguna TetamuLove the spacious and warm hotel room, and the view from our hotel room! I found Fenix West in Trip.com and no other platforms, and found it amazingly beautiful and a good deal for the location. We hear that the hotel is more frequently used during winter seasons when guests come by to do snowboarding. Also the reason why the hotel has a storage wardrobe for ski equipments. The room was really spacious with a view of the mountains. I love how spacious the room was, and it is good enough for 2 adult giants. The rooms have balconies too. Because this hotel is catered for winter activities, the hotel room is equipped with 2 heaters; one in the room, one in the toilet - so comfortable and warm. It was pretty cold when we visited in early May but the heating system helped keep us warm all night. I feel like home in this hotel room.
No breakfast is provided for our stay but there is a cafe just below the hotel at a reasonable price. The staff at the cafe speak english, and they are very fluent and very friendly! The food were all freshly made and really very yummy. You must have their coffee too.
Parking facilities is available on-site too. The disadvantage about this place is that it is very quiet, and the place feels like a quiet town after certain hours due to its low period. Given a chance, I will stay at Fenix West again - no matter what season I visit Furano!

PPengguna TetamuPerfect location for skiers - a two minute walk across the carpark and you're at the gondola/chairlift base station. The hotel also has a bus stop outside which is helpful to get to the JR station or into town, although buses are pretty infrequent. There are some dining options nearby, and a convenience store about 10-15 min walk away. The hotel sells discounted lift tickets (which you need to exchange at the ticket booth for a real ticket).
The hotel has an eclectic older style charm. The ”owl” branding throughout was cute, and there's a nice lounge where non-skiers can relax with lots of reading material (most in Japanese). Free snacks and drinks each afternoon in the lobby are a nice touch. The onsite indoor and outdoor onsens are relaxing. There's a laundry with coin operated washer dryers, which is handy.
Breakfasts were decent, although some dishes were a bit sweet for our taste, and there was very little variation from day to day, which is an issue for a ski resort where guests typically stay for multiple days. Staff allocate you to a table (different each day), a system which works pretty well and avoids having to hunt for a table at busy times.
Some procedures seem a bit overcomplicated - checkin involved our name being taken, then being called 10 min later and guided through a self-checkin touchscreen system which wasn't super reliable at reading passports. Also you need to specify your breakfast time each day and then come back and get a ticket later, which seems overcomplicated - better to just let you specify a default time on checkin with the option to vary manually if desired. However staff throughout the hotel are polite and helpful.
The room we had was spacious with a view over the ski field. The bathroom was a modular unit - clean but a bit dated and with an awkward step up to get in.
Beds were made up in a rather strange way - rather than a having a fitted bottom sheet, there was a thin mat laid on top of the mattress. If you move around at all while sleeping this mat ends up a lumpy mess and you often find yourself sleeping partially on the bare mattress.

Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical.
Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable. The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations.
However we were able to come here directly by Ski Liner from Tomamu and leave with Lavender bus to Asahikawa, it also goes to Furano and Biei directly.
Hot spring resort is so so, not much facilities and a small place. It's pity they don't provide free shuttle bus or free entry to nearby snowlands.

The sofa in the room has a huge stain too. The location is ok. Right opposite JR station but this hotel definitely needs a good refurb.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI've stayed here twice and the staff are quite helpful and have a pleasant vibe. The breakfast is really great, with so many options for a small hotel. I'll probably stay again.
This place is about one and a half km from the furano ski resort (both bases) so it's best if you have a car but there are shuttles.
The rooms are decent with excellent ventilation and heating and a very functional but small bathroom with a tub.
My only complaints is that the mattresses are well worn & in the newer wing the smoking area is positioned in a way that lets smoke permeate most of the building - it should either be in another location or with ventilation because a lot of the guests don't smoke at all and the passive smoke air is gross.
