PPengguna TetamuThis hotel provide free parking. The atmosphere is good, we sit at the lobby enjoying the free wine, juices, coffee and some snacks and chocolates. They provided 3 different of white wine and 2 red wine. The scenery from the hotel is very beautiful during winter, especially snowing. The room size is big. In addition, they have hot public hot bath and free laundry. We really enjoy in the hotels and the breakfast. About the location, it is near Furano ski and also Furano delice (delicious cakes)

Spacious by Japanese standards, and everything was spotless; you can see the pride taken by the staff in ensuring that the property is well-maintained and kept clean and tidy. Free parking spaces are located just at the hotel's doorstep, but limited spots are available.
Having access to a the free washer and dryer was wonderful, although do be mindful that the drying time is minimally 1.5 hours, and thicker clothes might still be slightly damp. However, we hung them up to air-dry in our room overnight without any issues.
Check-in and check-out were seamless, and staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommended hotel in this beautiful area.

HHihiwongWe stayed at Nozo Hotel recently and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and well-designed. The onsen (hot spring) area is beautiful, surrounded by a serene environment, and the facilities are complete and modern.
The staff Yuna and Deegli were all very polite and helpful, especially Yuna , Yuna went above and beyond to assist us. After we rented a car, we had trouble connecting it to Google Maps and our iPhones. Yuna worked really hard to find the solution for us and finally helped us successfully pair our iPhones with the car. Her patience and dedication were truly commendable .
Because of this excellent experience, we will definitely choose Nozo Hotel again on our next trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great facilities, and outstanding service!

TTraveller chat2nd time staying at this hotel. Location is a few km from town centre, but not an issue if you are driving as it takes only a few minutes. Room is spacious and clean. Lounge service provided for all staying guests, which included manual DIY grinding coffee and local wine. A pity this time round, breakfast does not serve Dutch Baby (pancake with DIY toppings), which we truly enjoyed during the last visit.

PPengguna TetamuPerfect location for skiers - a two minute walk across the carpark and you're at the gondola/chairlift base station. The hotel also has a bus stop outside which is helpful to get to the JR station or into town, although buses are pretty infrequent. There are some dining options nearby, and a convenience store about 10-15 min walk away. The hotel sells discounted lift tickets (which you need to exchange at the ticket booth for a real ticket).
The hotel has an eclectic older style charm. The ”owl” branding throughout was cute, and there's a nice lounge where non-skiers can relax with lots of reading material (most in Japanese). Free snacks and drinks each afternoon in the lobby are a nice touch. The onsite indoor and outdoor onsens are relaxing. There's a laundry with coin operated washer dryers, which is handy.
Breakfasts were decent, although some dishes were a bit sweet for our taste, and there was very little variation from day to day, which is an issue for a ski resort where guests typically stay for multiple days. Staff allocate you to a table (different each day), a system which works pretty well and avoids having to hunt for a table at busy times.
Some procedures seem a bit overcomplicated - checkin involved our name being taken, then being called 10 min later and guided through a self-checkin touchscreen system which wasn't super reliable at reading passports. Also you need to specify your breakfast time each day and then come back and get a ticket later, which seems overcomplicated - better to just let you specify a default time on checkin with the option to vary manually if desired. However staff throughout the hotel are polite and helpful.
The room we had was spacious with a view over the ski field. The bathroom was a modular unit - clean but a bit dated and with an awkward step up to get in.
Beds were made up in a rather strange way - rather than a having a fitted bottom sheet, there was a thin mat laid on top of the mattress. If you move around at all while sleeping this mat ends up a lumpy mess and you often find yourself sleeping partially on the bare mattress.

PPengguna TetamuVery good ski and out hotel. Slope is just right beside and rental and equipment lockers are just in the basement of the hotel.
Room is spacious. But do note that in winter, only centralise heater for the room, no aircon. Room was too hot, even after opening the window, had to request a fan.
Onsen bath is good.
Food choices are a little limited if your hotel package doesn't include breakfast and dinner, its cost quite abit. There isn't any nearby restaurants to eat. Nearest supermarket and town area is a 10mins bus ride but the limited time slot bus. [I went in April, its spring season so they cut down alot of bus timing.]
At the lobby, theres a shop like a combination of mini mart and souvenirs shop. There's many things to look at in there.

BBeliaYmy first time staying at a hostel and i am quite impressed. it is apparently quite new at the moment. it is clean in general. i booked a female only dormitory room for 4 nights and was lucky that i had the whole room for the first 3 nights. t
Owner is helpful and responds fast when i message them over trip.com. Worth the value to stay for those travel alone for ski/snowboard. Location is so convenient to the North Gondola.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed 4 nights and honestly loved it — this was one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. The room was clean, cosy, and super comfortable after being out in the cold all day. What really made the stay special was the view: from the front we had a beautiful mountain view, and from the back we could see the ski resort, waking up to snow scenery every morning felt unreal.
The hotel was also quiet at night so we slept really well, and the overall vibe felt warm and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to daily stay was smooth. Location worked great as a base for Furano (especially for snow activities). Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Furano.

TTiffany ChioThis hotel use the self check in system. However they don't remind guest about the check out time so I am never informed about the check out time. Finally the last day, the receptionist just came to my door at 10:00 and told me I need to pay. I was shocked and asked politely about not charging extra money and got out the room at 10:20. They finally still needed to charge me 2000 Yan. I requested to have the price list and all policies about the check in and check out.
THE MAN RECEPTIONIST CAME INTO MY ROOM AND SHOWED ME THE BOOKLET. ONLY ME AND HIM IN THE ROOM, THEN HE SHOUTED AT ME IN JAPANESE RUDELY !!!!
I have the right to understand all the pricing and information although I have time exceed, I can pay however I don't deserve the bad attitude of their hotel service. It is the WORST STAY EVER in my life.
