The hotel is very close to Sugamo Station. The staff can communicate in English. The room is clean and has a rather local feel. This place is suitable for people who don’t like crowded or busy areas. Personally, I like it, even though the room is a bit small.

The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated how accommodating and professional the team was. The room was spotless, well-organized, and designed with comfort in mind. Despite being compact, it had everything I needed — a comfortable bed, clean linens, reliable Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities that made my stay stress-free. The daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy, which I truly valued. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. The freshly baked bread and variety of simple yet satisfying options made for a great start to my mornings. I also appreciated the 24-hour access to certain conveniences like vending machines and laundry facilities, which made the stay even more practical. Location-wise, R&B Hotel is excellent. Stayed on this hotel for 2 nights. Location is super convenient, just 2 mins away from Tabata Station (Yamanote Line). You can store your luggage if you arrive earlier than check in time. Note: the road from the station to the hotel is a bit uphill. Staff is also very accommodating. Check out process is also swift as they have machine for express check out. My room is at 3F, Lobby is 4F. Cleanliness is okay, just a bit dusty on the window part. Shower and bath area is what you expect from typical business hotel. Will definitely staff again if I need to go to Tokyo!

Brilliant hotel in a cosy quiet location but not so far from the main sights and train stations. Wonderful reception, very helpful and eager to provide great experience!

Very close to metro station. It is just opposite to Seibu book shop exit. Many food choice and coffee shop nearby. A convenience store is next door. Toilet is very small but the room is spacious. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Tokyo.

Good place to stay. Do not have elevator, a 10 minutes walk to ikebukuro station. Got plenty of restaurants and family mart near the hotel. Clean room, bathroom and toilet.

因為要在東京轉機，所以要臨時住一晚，酒店在網上看。這家酒店價格比較實惠，於是就選擇了他。這家就是國外的love hotel。這種酒店就是情趣酒店。有好多情趣酒店的特殊規定，大家可以自行百度。鑒於他這個價位，我覺得他是你臨時住宿的不二選擇。房間特別大，設施也相當好，這在東京也太難得了。而且就在地鐵站門口，交通也方便。

The apartment hotel is located in residential area, very secluded and quiet. The access is very convenient, near to Komagome Station, connected by Yamanote Line and Tokyo Metro Namboku Line. Convenient stores, supermarket, drugstore, restaurant are also nearby. Our unit is located at 4th floor. There is no lift, and the stairs is quite narrow. There is no front desk, only self check-in machine. There are 1 double bed and 2 single beds in one bedroom. Beds are nice and comfy. There are living room with Smart TV and pantry with medium fridge, stove, microwave, rice cooker, and utensils. Bathroom and toilet are separated by a corridors with wash basin and washing machine. The unit is big enough for us with 4 big luggage. Overall, we are a family with 2 kids, and are very satisfied with the unit. We will certainly come back again, if we visit Tokyo again.
