之前住過這間飯店，印象深刻的是晚上會有街上傳來的行車噪音，所以這次特別要求14樓的高層房間，因此情況有些改善。不可避免的是由於飯店建築時間確實久遠，所以處處都可以感覺得到「年代感」，不介意以上情況的，基於cp值，確實可以考慮這間飯店

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at L stay & grow! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions and with easy access to public transport. 選擇呢間酒店係因為佢比較近豐州市場，但可惜冇留意到市場店舖開門嘅時間日期😔 變咗只係去附近浸咗陣溫泉，就返咗酒店休息🥲雖然如此，但呢間連鎖溫泉的確唔錯！😍
酒店位置嚟講一定比主要觀光地點遠，設施都比較舊，但係房裏面比想像中大同乾淨！🙂↕️ 呢邊偏向住宅區，徒步去唔同地點比較遠，但適合一大朝早上想去豐州市場一覽市場風采又想簡單便宜住一晚的遊客。

I really appreciate that when I was stuck by some ticket buying problems, the lovely receipts lent out a helping hand. When I found it a bit hard to explain the whole situation the lovely miss lead me to another receipt who can speak Chinese, my mother tongue. That gave me much comfort and felt warm. I felt pity that I forgot their names but I am grateful for their help.

The room are typical of Japan hotel size; a little strange that the tv couldn't be turned off via remote. Location is ideal for Big sight anime convention and concert. Meet with some check-in issue with the counter staff but luckily got it resolved.

The location was convient and close to the airport. We took a tax since we arrived late at night, the expenses was acceptable. Then it was walking distance to the market and Ginza, as we are used to walk around a lot. The room was well designed and clean, fit two suitcases easily. The cleaning service was very nice. Convient store everywhere. I had to use laundry outside the hotel since all the four machines were occupied in the hotel. It was only a few minutes away. I also shopped at a local super market and got a super fancy bento box. Really enjoyed it. The coffee machine in the room was a bonus. After we checked out, it was one bus trip to the Tokyo station right in front of the hotel. Definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is almost right diagonally across Tsukiji market and there is a Lawson right at level 1. There are also at least 2 subway stations nearby; Tsujiki and Higashi-Ginza station. Room is comfortable enough but do note for the 4 nights we stayed there, there are fire engine sirens every night, so there might be a fire station nearby. Hotel staff service level is just adequate but not warm. They expressed reluctance when we requested for their assistance to call a local restaurant for reservations, and we also need to collect our requested extra pillows at the front desk itself despite them having more than 1 staff there.

I stayed one night to attend a function at my university nearby, without having the long train ride home late at night. The Washington Hotel was perfect for this.
It is so near the station, the price was very reasonable, and the amenities were generally very good indeed. The room was very clean and comfortable for a single person, but I thought it might be a tight fit for 2.
I was a bit disappointed that I had to access all the hotel information on my phone as the function didn't work on the large screen TV, although all other functions were fine. However, procedures were clear and straightforward. I cannot evaluate the food as I didn't eat there. What I eat for breakfast is never worth ¥3,000. If you wanted to eat lunch or dinner here, there are plenty of options within the same building.

KkhosodaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by every aspect of the experience. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing more than enough space to relax after a long day.
The location is another major highlight. It is very convenient and well-situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions, transportation, and restaurants. This made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.
The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm and professional attitude. Their hospitality truly made a difference.
The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. Every meal I had was satisfying and enjoyable.

The location is excellent which the metro exit is next to the hotel but the exit is only stairs. Those travelers who have big luggage might be very concerned. There are many restaurants nearby also convenience store.
The room is very neat very tidy but a bit crowded if 2ppl. Not much space for your luggage. The amenities are great!
I loved the onsen so much!! Because i came for Garmin Run Aisa and it helped me recover alot!
I probably recommend my fds to come and I will come next time for my trip to Tokyo.

The location is really convenience. Just 10 minutes pf less walking from useno and okachimachi stagion, surrounded by all the foods, shoppings, and night life. (And it was very quiet and serene in the morning. )
The onsen/public bath is good. If you are early or time it a bit, it would be almost no one there. A plus for those who might be intimidated by the culture. Also, maybe most of the customers are foreigner, the percentage of public bath enjoyer looks pretty small.

The hotel offers a welcome drink available anytime, and there is a separate onsen for men and women. In the evening at 6:00 PM, there is a free happy hour with drinks—perfect for alcohol lovers. My husband really loved it.
The amenities are also of good quality. If I visit Japan again, I would definitely choose to stay here—the price is very reasonable too.

And after a long day in the city you can come back to enjoy the onsen. Part of the design-oriented Granbell chain, the hotel opened in 2013 and expanded with additional rooms in 2016. It has a modern and stylish vibe overall, making it a good fit for travelers who enjoy a bit of personality and contemporary feel.
The rooms are decent—not particularly spacious (typical for central Tokyo hotels), but the design is pleasant and they come with Simmons mattresses, so the bed is comfortable to sleep in. What stands out is that the hotel has a very large number of rooms (reportedly over 400 in total), making it a mid-to-large-scale property. Check-in can occasionally feel a bit busy in the lobby due to the volume of guests, but operations run smoothly. Room types are quite varied, from standard doubles to loft-style rooms, offering good flexibility when booking.
Location is one of the more debated aspects of this hotel. It is very close to the heart of Shinjuku—right inside Kabukicho—so you’re surrounded by endless restaurants, izakayas, convenience stores, drugstores, and nightlife. Walking distance covers popular spots like Korean Town in Okubo or Golden Gai, which makes evening strolls and late-night eating extremely convenient. Also, the bedsheets are changed everyday, you get clean pyjama and towels everyday.
One thing that was annoying is the size of the lockes, it is very small and little bit inconvenient with the card sistem.
Also keep in mind that you have to be out of the hotel during the certain hours due to cleaning.

The only downside was limited space if you’re traveling with large luggage. The hotel’s location is very convenient it’s close to the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. There’s also a grocery store and a FamilyMart right outside the hotel, which was very helpful. The laundry area was another nice bonus for families traveling longer. Overall, a great and convenient stay in Ueno.
