"Well located in Tokyo Ginza district. Ajoining 24 hr convenience store and reasonably priced Wagyu beef restaurant. 4 min. walk to Ginza’s main shopping street including many name brand luxury shops. Great tasting little noodle shop 2mins. away for a quick bite! 👍🏻"

"Really enjoyed the public bath, like onsen. Location very good, well connected from Haneda airport, direct train on the Asakusa line without the need to change train. Close to Uniqlo and GU. Room is good, bed is comfortable."

"My second stay at this hotel and actually I wouldn’t look for alternatives. First of all, I’d like to thank all the reception for their hospitality and willingness to help with all my needs. They really showed the interest in solving my problem. I had the same type of room and it makes me feel so comfortable, like you came to your second home. I really love this feeling. Everything is around the corner. MITSUKOSHI and G6 just across the street. And girls, there’s a ReFa shower head in a shower! Also, I would mention the flower design at the entrance, which amazed me every time when I go out or come back! I love real flowers and the installation is always so beautiful, thank you, girls, who creates that beauty every time! Definitely gonna stay again. "Excellent hotel in a great location! Right in Ginza and close to the subway, bustling shopping streets, the Tsukiji Market and many other amenities. Hotel service was top notch, concierge helped us tremendously with booking bus tickets. We had a large room by Tokyo standards with three full beds for our family of three, gorgeous view from the 10th floor.  Breakfast was excellent and great variety. We would definitely come again!"

"I had an overall average stay at Tokyu Stay Ginza. The biggest highlight is the location—right in Ginza with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and subway lines, which made getting around Tokyo very convenient. The in-room washer/dryer is also a nice touch for longer stays. That said, the hotel itself feels fairly standard. Rooms are quite small (even by Tokyo standards), and while functional, they feel a bit dated. Housekeeping is limited unless you stay longer, which may not suit everyone. Service was polite but not particularly memorable. The only freebie—the lobby coffee machine—was out of order during my stay, which was disappointing."

"Room is beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable and luxurious. We loved every part of the room. Breakfast was okay, not a very wide range of dishes. But there is Starbucks on the ground floor and 3 convenience stores within 200m. We would book this hotel again without a doubt."

"Second time in Tokyo and stayed in the same hotel again this year. I chose this hotel again because the price is reasonable for the location and the area is cleaner. It is very near to all the Ginza shopping malls and high end stores. 7E is opposite of the hotel and there's a local tsukemen shop in the same row if you're craving for supper and don't want to walk far."

"We stayed 5 nights at The Royal Park. Room is good size for 2 adults. The bathroom is big and our twin room has a long tub. There are many UBS ports in the room. Hotel has a public bath which we didn’t use. Comfortable bed. Soundproofing is good; we didn’t notice the traffic sound eventho the hotel is next to a main road nor sounds from the next rooms. Location is good - less than 5 mins walk to Higashi-Ginza Station. The nearest exit of the station has stairs (maybe we couldn’t find) so we will cross the road to Ginza Kabuki theatre to use the escalator. Hotel is about 10 mins walk to Ginza shopping places like Uniqlo Flagship Store, Gu, Mitsukoshi etc and is a 10 mins walk to Ginza Station. The limousine bus from/to Narita Airport stops and picks up at the Courtyard at Marriott which is just opposite the hotel. 1-way ticket costs JPY3600 per adult and is really good if you don’t want to lug your bags on trains and changing stations. Overall a good stay and recommended."

"I would like to express my appreciation to one of the front desk officers who helped me on 3 June. He was a gentleman who could speak Chinese, but unfortunately I did not get his name. Due to the typhoon in Tokyo, there was heavy rain and strong wind. We were worried about how to get to the airport for our flight back to Singapore, especially because we had a family member using a wheelchair. At first, he told us that taxis were fully booked until 4:00 PM. However, after I explained that we had a wheelchair user with us, he kindly helped to call a taxi and managed to get one for us. The night before, another staff member had informed us that the hotel could not help book a taxi because of the typhoon. That is why we were very grateful when this gentleman went the extra mile to help us. His kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier for us. Please pass on our thanks to him. If management can identify him, I hope he receives recognition for his excellent service. Thank you very much."

"We stayed more than a week in the hotel, and everything was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast very good and the range of food was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar In the hotel was also very good and enjoyable. The hotel location is super convenient with several subway stations around, the imperial palace and garden not far, we walked by foot."
