Hotel berhampiran Stesen Higashi-ginza, Tokyo

Отличное расположение: отель находитсяв 5 минутах от главной улицы Гинза и в 10 минутах от центра. Хорошая цена для данной локации. Коллектив очень отзывчивый, добродушный. Из Насера открывается красивый вид на спортивное поле, также на 6 этаже есть мини спортзал, также с панорамным видом. Из неоднозначных моментов: в общем номере для девушек отсутствует ключ. То есть номер вообще не запирается, о чем нет предупреждений. Для меня возможность выходить из номера и знать, что мои вещи в сохранности, является ключевой в путешествии. Данный вопрос лично у меня получилось решить, поговорив с сотрудниками отеля. В качестве извинения за отсутствие полной информации о номере, они предоставили мне отдельный номер с ключом без доплаты. За что им большое спасибо!

Fantastic location at a good price. You may choose to use the breakfast voucher at one of three great restaurants, one and the same building and two near the hotel. Self check-in at the machine at the lobby was very easy without the need for any human interaction. My room was on the 12th floor but faced the main street so it was quite noisy. Sirens of emergency vehicles were very audible, quite frequent (almost every night of the three nights I stayed there) and at all times of the night. Nevertheless, enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I were not assigned again a room that’s not facing the main road.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel with my daughter. We stayed here for ten days and received wonderful hospitality. Our room was perfect for us and was stocked with pjs, slippers, waters, tea, toothbrush and other items that were nice to have. We loved using the Onsen and it even had shower heads from Refa which were wonderful. I asked about tattoos and they said no problem! The TV tells you if the bath is occupied, although I don’t think this is actually accurate. However, it was usually quiet and we were mostly in there alone. The hotel has a really nice sitting area on the second floor by reception which we used on our last day to hang out before catching the limousine bus back to NRT airport…it also has a luggage scale which was essential with all the shopping! The limousine bus has a stop right across the street at the Marriott making it a convenient location to get to and from the airport. It was a short walk to many konbinis, shopping, and restaurants. I always felt safe walking around the area with my daughter, even at night. It was also convenient to take public transit as it’s only a short walk to various metro stations. Overall my daughter and I both loved our stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone heading to Tokyo!

This is such a nice hotel to stay at. Location is in a nice, quite area. Not far from the central located Tokyo Station. Bus stop is just a few meters walk from the hotel. The staff in general is very friendly and helpful. If you tell them something they take you serious with every request. Breakfast is nice but very Japanese style with a great view from the top of the building. Only the breakfast times is very short and early from 7-9 am. Also the nearest Metro station is almost 1 km from the hotel but it is what it is. I would definitely stay again in this hotel if I get the chance.

공항에서도 한번에 가고 좀 걷기는 하지만 가까운 위치에 지하철이 가까이 3군데 있습니다 직원분들이 친절하십니다 비가 많이 와서 그런가 좀 습했고 오래된 냄새는 났지만 창문이 열려 환기 시킬수 있어 좋았어요 애견동반도 가능하다고 하니 다음엔 강아지랑 가볼 생각입니다 1층에 식당이 맛있어요 상주 강아지가 귀엽습니다

Overall our 3 nights’ stay is not as satisfactory as other hotels that I have stayed in Tokyo… 1. We requested for normal cleaning but yet they did not make our beds after the first night. We called them to feedback n yet they insisted to come up to the room and check! Are they implying we lied?😞 2. After the second night, the housekeeping forgot to wash the cups n left a cleaning towel in the room😣 3. The access cards did not work after the first day.. they have to be reactivated

Very efficient little hotel with solid breakfast/lunch salad spread in the heart of ginza. Very convenient to the station. Very smartly laid out with baggage storage rooms, laundry and even a small weight room and onsen. Rooms were small but modern amenities including smart tv's and international channels.

The hotel is very clean and the location is so conveniently located near Ginza area. A walking distance to the Kyobashi area too. The staff is friendly too. Would recommend it to business and holiday travellers.

I was over the moon when I managed to book a room at Muji Hotel Ginza, considering that it’s always booked out. The location is unbeatable and Muji’s own strong design identity made this stay even more enjoyable. There is free food at the lounge daily from 4:30 onwards and the buffet breakfast is very nice. Room is well maintained and clean. To reach the hotel from Ginza Subway station, take exit C8.

Saya rasa ini adalah hotel yang paling menjimatkan kos sepanjang perjalanan ke Jepun ini. Harga yang murah dan kemudahan yang sempurna. Perkhidmatannya juga baik. Kanak-kanak dialu-alukan untuk menginap. Saya membawa kanak-kanak berumur 10 tahun dan tiada bayaran tambahan. Lain kali saya pergi dalam perjalanan perniagaan ke Jepun, saya akan menempah rangkaian hotel Toyoko. Bersebelahan stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Mudah untuk keluar.
