CCYJesThe hotel is new and modern, spaces room with separate toilet and shower which is good in Japan. Good soundproof. Free ice cream from 8pm to 10pm. Nice coffee available at lobby. Everything is good except staff not very friendly.

PPengguna TetamuOrdered connecting rooms for 3 at high floor, very nice, clean, and complete amenities aside from luggage storage but no big deal. Location is fantastic, 6-8 mins walking distance from Sannomiya station and bus stop from KIX. Many shops and restaurants around so convenient. Front desk english not good but check in still no issues, check out using machine so very fast. All in all a great value for a 3 star hotel and highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuHad a nice time staying for a week at this hotel. It is close to Sannomiya station with lots of restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance to key areas such as Chinatown, Kitano etc. The room is cleaned with relatively good breakfast choices. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a hotel close to the station.

CcorangThis is a great family-friendly hotel, featuring both indoor and outdoor playgrounds that are perfect for kids. The breakfast is good and offers a satisfying start to the day. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Meriken Park, making it ideal for a relaxing stroll or sightseeing. It also provides a shuttle service to and from Sannomiya. Do note that the pick-up and drop-off points are at different locations, and the shuttle bus departs punctually. The room is spacious, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay.

NNucharinGGreat location, very clean, and great service. A lot of free-parking is available in front of the hotel. It located just 3 minutes walk to UP ski. There is no breakfast in this hotel. However, they provided coffee machine, microwave and oven. I advice to buy some food from supermarket before checking-in (located 20 minutes away).

LL W CI found the rooms surprisingly spacious and comfortable for Japan, easily accommodating my needs with great lighting and bedding. I was impressed by the excellent cleanliness and appreciated the professional, English-speaking staff who helped me with local tips and luggage. While I enjoyed the convenient facilities like the private bath areas and free amenities, I did notice some areas where the hotel could update older fixtures or be more consistent with daily maintenance.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location. It has the usual sleeping gown, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush. It even had cleansing oil, toner. There also offered tea bags that you can take freely take from the lobby. The surrounding area has some renovations going on but the hotel is right by the Sannomiya station and bus terminal. The Lawson convenience store is right outside.
