いつものこのホテルを利用させてもらっています！ ホテルの方も親切で、いつも良くしてくれます。 繁華街も近く、駅も近いので楽しめると思います！ ソウル市内には40分あれば辿り着けます。 近くに市場もあり、空港バスも出ています。 この場所からだと金浦空港のバスもあるのでとても便利です！

The room was very cozy, had great natural light, plenty of room and one table and a work desk. Also the doorlock uses password which I found very convenient (I’m always forgetting to take hotel keys with me). The hotel is about 8 minutes away from the subway and 15 minutes away from the Airport Limousine stop. There is a shared kitchen in the first floor, a dining area and a work area with printers. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very neat. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and the price was very reasonable. I’ll probably stay here again next time I visit Seoul.

호텔로검색해서 예약한건데 모텔이었고 건물 4층한층에 29개 객실있는 구조였어요. 대실이많아 입실시간도 앞당기기어렵고 밤새 윗층 가요방(?) 음악소리와 쿵쿵거리는소리 자장가로 들었네요. 당일워킹고객이 많은지 미리객실지정도 힘들고 복불북입니다. 입구쪽 객실 정말시끄러워요.(입실손님 몇팀인지 헤아릴정도였습니다) 가격.. 잘 검색해보고 가세요. 급히예약하느라 걍 평소이용하던 트립닷컴만 믿고 예약햇는데 현장결재가 보다 비싸게 지불했습니다.. 황당해요.. 심지어 타 사이트는 반값이하.. 주차장 이용료있습니다. 기본객실이랑 프리미엄 차이는 욕조하나 차이라고햇어요. 무의미... 아. 샤워기 수압 약하고 창문없어요 ㅋㅋ 가격비교 꼭하세요. 최저가로 한번정도는 이용할만해요.

這是一家韓國本地人住宿的旅館。老闆娘人特別好，服務很到位，不用擔心語言問題，她非常聰明。客房是下午5點開始入住的，我去的比較早，她直接給我辦理了入住。説一下房間，我們對比的話，不要和其他國家對比，我們衹和首爾的住宿對比，我住了明洞和江南，對比下來，這裏真的又乾淨又舒適，首先床很舒服，我住的2天，是首爾降温的2天，房間裏面地暖熱乎乎，床很柔軟，床上還有電熱毯，床具都非常乾淨！衞浴用品一應俱全！還可以燒熱水，然後就是居然還給準備了多種手機轉換頭，服務簡直是太到位了吧！冰箱裏麪還有飲料和水哦~地理位置非常優越，就在地鐵站對面，過馬路走幾步，就能看到一棟紅色房子，路口還有很大的看板，很容易找到的。來這裏住，主要就是逛奧特萊斯，真是太方便了，出門左轉，走幾百米就是幾個大的奧特萊斯，早去早選款，每週末都有好多人，好看的款式要先選呀，來首爾當然要買買買

We had an excellent stay for three nights. The bed and comforters were very comfortable, and all three of us loved them. We stayed with two adults and one 7 yrs old child from March 15th to March 18th, 2026. This was our first time at Lotte City Hotel Guro. It’s surrounded by plenty of eateries, and we ate at the restaurants inside the hotel, which was very convenient for enjoying Korean and Japanese food right in the building. In the morning, we visited a great Korean breakfast restaurant nearby that offered good value and didn’t break the bank. 7 mins walks. Another great restaurant is located on the first floor of the building next door. It’s a great spot for Japanese stone pot rice for lunch, with plenty of options and a good selection. Quite a number of people were dining there, which is always a good sign. Overall, we think Lotte City Hotel Guro is a great place to stay. Frankly, the Myeongdong area felt too crowded for us, and we preferred the vibe here. Taking an Uber to Myeongdong was easy and only cost around US$15 for a 40-minute ride.

This place is clean and close to a bus stop, recommended for all solo travel

Плюсы: тихо, чисто, вся необходимая мебель (почти), доп. вода/полотенце/бумага бесплатно, фен, чайник (на кухне), холодильник (вместительный), бесплатная прачечная, пылесос. Минусы: не хватает прямой горизонтальной вешалки с плечиками для одежды. Может быть душновато, на 1 этаже окна не открываются. Инструкция по заселению на киоске с лицевой стороны, справа от экрана. Если слышите от администратора по голосовой связи ”лум кии” - это ”room key”. Про номер: Где-то местами потёртые углы, налёт на лейке душа, пожелтевшая наволочка (такое и в домашних условиях происходит, единсивенный вариант - покупка новой), но в целом - чисто и комфортно. При заселении убила многоножку, но это было единственное насекомое за всё время. Я думаю, она забралась в номер, когда делали уборку перед заселением. Я считаю, что насекомые для Азии - норма. Климат такой. Больше надолго дверь не открывалась, поэтому всё нормально. Я ни разу не слышала соседей, очень тихо. Постель мягкая, очень обнимательное одеяло. У меня был большой стол, за которым было удобно и есть, и делами заниматься. Из другой мебели были ещё два стула. На удивление, в ”мокрой ванной” было комфортно мытья. Гель, мыло, шампунь и бальзам очень хорошие. Своё не покупала. Не хватало стаканчика для щёток - докупила. Полотенца маленькие, на некрупного человека сойдёт. Если стирать руками носки, сохнуть будут дня два при включённой вытяжке. На стиральной машине и сушилке можно выбрать режим, нажав на дисплей. Стирает и сушит хорошо. Но вечером всем охота постирать. Утром свободнее. Далеко от центра, добираться час. Зато рядом аутлет хёндай, я там закупилась (цены и правда ниже). До метро можно пешком, недалеко, можно на автобусе. Остановка рядом. Мусор просто надо относить на кухню/прачечную, там же новые пакеты можно взять.

Overall it was a decent stay at the GM JS boutique especially for the price. Service and amenities were standard - staff were polite & hotel room had the basic amenities you need…there’s extra charge of 1000 KRW if you use the toiletries though, ie shampoo, toothbrush, etc… One thing we noticed when we entered though was the smoke smell, perhaps it had something to do with ventilation or pipes.. it was gone the day after. It was also quite dusty so our all allergies were definitely triggered for the first few days… it would be great if the room could be cleaner as well, there were some blotches on the wall/cabinet. In terms of location, it’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, bus & subway station, which was good. If you’re planning on going around tourist areas, ie Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, area, the location is quite far though. When we tried to take taxis back to our accommodation, some refused as they say they don’t plan to go that far… Size of the room was quite good, spacious enough for 2 people and open up your luggage. There’s a study table with chair and a small coffee table with chair. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious with a smart toilet (seat is also heated) & bidet. Would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly one & good for the price!
