RRoger Ow YongFirst time in Seoul and stay in hotel. Hotel was excellent: receptionist is helpful and courteous. Check in and out is fast. Hotel facilities is excellent too. Water pressure is high, with separate restrooms. Living room had a sliding door to close to separate restrooms and washing basin. Had a small vacancy is more than enough. Location is the best walking distance 2-3mins to hongdiv MRT station exit 9. Overall is professional and high standard of living. I surely with stay again for next trip to Seoul never regret . I like make commitment to housing keeping for the well done, receptionist will help to call taxi for customer . Well done !

00724PThis is my second stay, and I’m still very satisfied. All the staff were kind and the service was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect—right in front of Exit 5 of Hongdae Station. There are many cafés, restaurants, and anime goods shops nearby. It’s a bit of a pity that I forgot to take photos of the room. I only have photos of the breakfast (especially the oranges were really delicious) and the blooming flowers right next to the hotel as attached. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul.

TTharunKlWe had an exceptional stay at Nine Tree Premier Hotel Insadong by Parnas. The biggest highlight is its unbeatable central location everything you could possibly need is right at your doorstep. From shopping and great food options to easy access to buses and the subway, it truly doesn’t get more convenient than this.
The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a comfortable stay, especially when traveling with family. The vibrant Insadong area adds even more charm, with plenty to explore just by stepping out.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our experience seamless.
While it’s not overly pricey, it offers excellent value for money and is absolutely worth what you pay.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!

PPengguna TetamuThe location is near the shopping area which is very convenient. When I checked in the room, there was a very strong smell which made me sick. I then go to the front office and request to change the room. The staff was very helpful and made the arrangement right away. However, the smell still exist. The pillow was not comfortable and I did not sleep well.

TThao1xWe had a wonderful 15-day stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay near Myeongdong and public transport. The subway station is only a 2-minute walk away, making it very convenient for travelling around Seoul.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with useful amenities for long-term stays, including a washer, fridge, and clothes steamer. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay.
Affordable, convenient, and great value — we would definitely stay here again.
Also if you hate the hot weather, travel to Korea from April to May is the best time.

Pros:
-nearby the sinsa station/area (but required around 5-7 minutes walk there)
-Big and cozy bed for two people
-Toilet with good warm water
-Good amenities
-Good space for 2 luggages to fit (big ones)
-Has a very nice cafe on the rooftop to see seoul city
-Able to see seoul towel from our room!
What to improve/Take note:
-the staff service at night can’t really speak english so sometimes I don’t understand what they say abiutbthe deposit when checking in.
-No microwave/only fridge available
-The walkway is actually on the slope/hills (the picture doesn’t show that much that the hotel is on the hill so anyone who has big luggages or on snow time it is recommended to book an uber on the winter time)

AAmelaineWe enjoyed our stay at hotel manu. The room was spacious for 3, and did not have odor. I liked that every time they clean it, they leave a fragrant aroma to the room. The place was also quiet and did not have a lot of noise or caused any disturbance. They did not give free toothbrushes, but overall, the room was excellent and clean. They also provide netflix and youtube on the smart tv, which was a plus for us as well. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

ププリン2007Ia mudah kerana ia berdekatan dengan Stesen Chungmuro, tetapi selepas jam 8 malam, kedai-kedai di sekitarnya tutup dan orang ramai jarang, jadi saya berhati-hati untuk tidak pergi ke sana pada larut malam. Jika anda bersama rakan atau orang lain, tiada masalah.
Terdapat banyak restoran di sekitar, tetapi memerlukan keberanian untuk memasuki bar seorang diri sebagai orang Jepun. Saya akhirnya makan malam di kedai serbaneka.
Hotel ini sangat cantik. Memandangkan ia adalah kediaman, anda boleh menanggalkan kasut anda di dalam bilik dan terdapat lampu kalimantang, jadi senang untuk tinggal lama.
Ia juga bagus untuk mempunyai mesin basuh di dalam bilik!
Wanita pembersihan juga sangat baik.

Tiada cermin panjang penuh
Loker syiling adalah satu-satunya tempat untuk menyimpan bagasi anda selepas daftar keluar.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is not bad, a 3-5 minute walk away from the nearest metro station and a 30-40 minute commute for many of the biggest tourist locations, like Myeongdong or Hongdae. The area is home to many older residents, so please do be mindful of that when visiting! There is a CU and GS25 nearby, along with a few coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel cleanliness was ok, the walls were somewhat beat up and require a new paint job, and the bathroom is ... interesting. It is primarily clean, nothing to be very shocked about. The bathroom quality is odd though. The bathtub drain is just there for decoration, as the water goes straight through the drain and into a drain on the floor. The shower-head, when hung up on the holder, sprays directly forward onto the wall, and not yourself. This is not the best quality, but it definitely is manageable and not much of an inconvenience. The hotel staff were all very nice, and spoke enough English to understand. Room service would come whenever asked for and provided the room with simple amenities, like cooled water bottles, hygiene products, hair-ties, and other similar products. The location does not have any clothes washer, so you are instructed to get your items cleaned at a nearby laundromat. Providing an authentic cultural experience, you could say.

PPengguna TetamuIt's always a nice stay here! The location is very great, olive young is downstairs , and the subway station also downstairs, it's near the airport bus stop too! They have bidet and the toilet is scpacious, the room also spacious, you can store many luggages, they have tables and chairs too for you to eat or have some work, their receptionist lobby and all the staff also very helpful during my stay, definitely recommended, not to mention they have 24h convenient store at the 3rd floor and laundry room
