Hotel berhampiran Stesen Sinchon, Seoul

We had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites Sinchon Central. As this is already my second time to stay here, I already knew the overall process. One of the things that I like is the heater and aircon are not centralized unlike other hotels so we can control the temperature. An unexpected mishap would be the changes in elevator as only 1 elevator can be used for even-numbered floors, so the waiting time to go up and down from our room is a bit longer. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms with enough space. The shower was a little confusing to use at the beginning. There is a convenience store downstairs. It is almost an hour into areas like Myeongdong though, so plan accordingly. The beds were comfortable, the room had a TV. No stains on sheets, mold on ceilings or bad smells.

Замечательный хостел, очень удобное расположение особенно для любителей ночных тусовок, рядом с метро, круглосуточными магазинами. Всегда чисто и вкусно пахнет ☺ Я жила в здании на 7 этаже. Мужчины на стойке регистрации очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные. В душевых есть шампунь, бальзам и гель для душа для общего пользования. Небольшие полотенца для лица выдаются бесплатно, есть резиновые тапочки. Туалетная комната и душевые раздельные,что очень удобно. Переодеваться в душевой комнате предполагается в самой кабинке,потому что раковины для умывания расположены прямо перед кабинками, что может быть дискомфортно,если кто то зайдёт,чтобы умыться,а вы в это время будете раздеваться) Штора на окнах чисто символическая, хотя вряд ли кто то будет подглядывать, хотя я видела людей на крышах) Но всё же, переодевайтесь в кабинке, если вы очень стеснительная)) Крючки для вещей на входной двери, а так же на двери самой душевой снаружи. Есть функция прачечной за дополнительную плату. Присутсвует завтрак в виде хлопьев с молоком, тосты. Я спала слишком долго, поэтому не смогла оценить. Посуда для принятия пищи (тарелки, кружки, вилки, палочки) - всё в наличии. Я оставалась в капсуле, места для сна достаточно, можно даже сидеть. Есть небольшой ночник, крючок и вешалка. Шкафов для вещей нет, поэтому ваш чемодан - ваш шкаф) Мест для чемоданов в комнате тоже немного, моя комната была полупустой, когда я заехала, поэтому у меня проблем с размещением не возникло. Гости хостела были в основном китайянки и японки. В утренние часы могут быть очереди, имейте в виду. Девочки такие девочки. Очень долго приводят себя в порядок. Момент который касается только гостей и никак не характеризует сам хостел: Девочки оставляют вещи ( выпрямители для волос, стайлеры, другие свои личные вещи) на/в столиках для макияжа, что очень эгоистично. Принимать любуюпищу в комнатах запрещено, но многие гости это игнорируют.. Впечатления от хостела в любом случае только положительные, с радостью останусь там вновь в свою следующую поездку🥰

お掃除は、行き届いてる感じがしなかったです。 チェックイン対応してくれたフロントの女性は日本語少々理解でき、感じも良い方でした。 ホテルランクや、チェックイン時間からラブホテルとわかっていましたし、コンサートのためだけの１泊でしたのでシャワーでき、ベッドで寝れ、充電もできてよかったです。冷蔵庫に水ペットボトル３本ありよかったです。

From the very first day of my stay, something strange happened. While I was taking a shower, a woman tried to enter my room by typing the door code. She eventually managed to open the door, but luckily I had locked the latch from the inside, so she could not come in. I was shocked by the situation, but I tried to think positively, assuming it was a mistake—maybe the hotel staff assigned the wrong room, or the room codes were duplicated. Then today, while I was resting in my room, a hotel staff member suddenly tried to open my door and told me to check out. No matter how hard I tried to explain the situation to him, he ignored me completely. He did not listen to a single word I said and acted as if I was invisible. He even started removing the pillows, blankets, and bed sheets from the room. I had no idea what to do, so I decided to leave. I truly hope you will speak with the staff and handle this properly. I also hope that the staff will treat guests with more respect and professionalism in the future.

Convenient location, note that there is a long slope before reaching the hotel.  Service lady is very friendly and helpful, clean and enough space for two open luggages.

広々していてスーツケースも広げやすくて、清潔な快適なホテルでした！ チェックアウト時間が13時なので準備もゆっくりできてありがたかったです◎ ロビーに電子レンジ、コーヒーのサービスなども置いてあって、部屋の冷蔵庫にはお水とジュースのサービスまでありました♬

지방러여서 콘서트 끝나고 묵을 곳으로 예약했습니다. 영등포역에서 도보로 5-10분 정도이며 주변에 편의점도 3곳이나 있어서 편했습니다. 깨끗하고 테이블도 있어서 둘이서 같이 펼쳐놓고 먹기 좋았네요. 로비에 전자레인지랑 아이스메이커도 있어요~ 욕조도 크고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와서 좋았네요. 다음에 또 이용할 생각 있습니다.

Location, location, location as they said. Well located within nearby hongdae street, and honggik univ. Station. Easy access to and from Gimpo and Incheon Airport metro. Buses also easy access to green city lines and blue direct to and from airport. Nightlife is filled with many bars, shops, restaurants nearby. Malls are close by. THANK YOU to our front desk, Kyung-Min. He's the best in helping us check in and very helpful with anything we asked in English.

This hotel is very good in cleanliness. Actually they clean the room everyday and replace everything with a new one. However, our last day of stay shows one cockroach so really need to use the spray they provided.Please note, they do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste too.Not an issue for me though, because I everytime bring my own toiletries. Aside from that the service and kindness of the staff is outstanding. Will consider to stay in this hotel again as it is very convenient and accessible too.
