"I booked the Superior Queen Room, not the Superior Queen Accessible Room, but when I arrived they said they were fully booked and could only give me the Superior Queen Accessible Room? This shouldn't be my fault, right? The main problem is that the bathroom floor was so prone to water accumulation; I almost slipped and fell. I had to go to the Daiso in the basement to buy a squeegee to wipe it dry. And this was my girlfriend's birthday trip! Haha. Aside from that, the hotel was still very good,"
