Hotel berhampiran Galeri Icat, Vientiane

We have stayed at this hotel for several years, and its location remains one of its biggest strengths in the city center, close to Vientiane Center and Parkson shopping malls, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The service was excellent. The staff were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. They assisted with our luggage and gladly accommodated any requests. However, this time the cleanliness was not quite up to the standard we remembered, and it could use some improvement. Breakfast was acceptable, and our room did not include cups or coffee or tea, which was a small downside. Despite these points, the hotel is still a very good budget option in central Vientiane, and we would recommend it to all types of travelers.

This hotel is great for location and value for you money. We stayed here more than 3 weeks and enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The room is small. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has soap and shampoo and hot water is good. The free breakfast is okay, but you can purchase a full breakfast if you wish. The laundry service is reasonable. You can also buy bus tickets here too. Everything is in walking distance, food night market, Amazon café, Mini C supermarket, restaurants and ATMs. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in Laos 🇱🇦

Everything was very good during my stay. The hotel is excellent, well located, and very comfortable. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is calm, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was basic but pretty good all things considered. The courtyard was nice to sit in but unfortunately the pool water looked a bit green so I did not go swimming. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was good. The receptionist helped me to book bus tickets which was also good.

Not sure if it is the most budget friendly or not but it comes with a kitchen and a working desk with an office chair. Which for a business traveller is a plus. For the toilet it is alright, but for the bidets fanclubs out there, you guy will be disappointed. Overall experience is awesome, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast.

合我的預期的： 首先，酒店的工作人員都可以説普通話，即使他們是老撾人，但是交流起來都沒有障礙。 其次，酒店的房間視野很好，能看到周邊的景色，配套設施和裝修也是國內五星級酒店的標準。在這一點上，毫無疑問是酒店非常出彩的地方。但是衞生間會有一點反胃，然後空調的濾網可以多清洗一下，除此之外，體驗都是極好的。然後就是酒店的接機服務，司機比我預想的早來了近一個小時，這意味着我一出站就能上車，讓我很早就到了酒店，並且辦理了入住。我的飛機是9點鐘到達的，而我10點出頭就辦理了入住，這個體驗真的非常好。然後就是前台的接待，他們用普通話給我推薦的餐廳都讓我很滿意，但是在送我去車站的事情上有一個小插曲，有一個服務員告訴我，市區沒有公交車能夠直達高鐵站，衹能打車或者接收酒店的接送服務，差不多10美金。其實價格是很誘人的，和自己打車相比差不了多少錢，但是時間非常的自由和靈活，我還是很推薦的。但是他的説辭會讓我感到迷惑，因為小紅書上説我們市區是有接駁的公交車的。另一個小哥就顯得實誠很多，他表示應該有公交車，但自己從來都沒有去過高鐵站，因此建議我可以考慮打車！總的來説，瑕不掩瑜，很推薦這家酒店

新開業的酒店服務設施設備比較新，地理位置非常的好，在法國街附近，離湄公河 5 分鐘左右就可以到，旁邊有一個網紅夜市，周邊有很多的小吃和水果店，還挺方便的。酒店的服務也可以，離機場差不多有 20 分鐘，不過總體體驗感下來是非常不錯的，下次還會過來入住

Riverside Hotel Laos adalah hotel yang agak dekat dengan Sungai Mekong, boleh berjalan kaki ke pasar gelap dengan cepat, dan merupakan lokasi pusat seperti Hor Kham, boleh berjalan kaki ke Pasar Si Hom dengan mudah. Ia adalah hotel yang bagus, hotel yang ok pada tahap tertentu, boleh diterima. Sarapan pagi mencukupi untuk tetamu, tetapi jika tetamu ramai pada satu hari, mungkin tidak ada meja yang mencukupi.

Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare. During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us. On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional. The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. I had an enjoyable stay here, considering I was very unwell. Room was exceptionally clean (cleaner than some i’ve stayed in back home in Australia), newly renovated bathroom is small BUT perfectly enough My only complaint about my room (this may not apply to other rooms), is the water pressure was SO HIGH. This made the spray gun next to the toilet almost impossible to use without it being painful. There would be about a 5-6 second time frame where it would lose most pressure and be usable, but then shoot back to the usual pressure. The shower also had pressure and temperature issues, every 30 seconds or so it would lose pressure and temperature, and then shoot back up way beyond the set temperature. It was pretty frustrating!
