Hotel berhampiran Dataran Namphou, Vientiane

Great location as this is my second time stay this hotel. But I would like to complaint the Manager wearin suit (A women with very bad attitude and rude), I wear hotel slipper since 12th July 2026 to breakfast, but on 14th July, 2026, she saw I wear the slipper and restricted me to enter the breakfast area. I told her I wear hotel slipper to breakfast since 12th July, 2026, then a staff look at me and allow me to go in the breakfast area. I wanna highlighted there is several hotel guests wearing the hotel slipper same as me to breakfast everyday. Please highlighted to the hotel Management on this incident.

Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare. During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us. On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional. The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. Professional, kind, helpful and enthusiastic reception. My days were beautiful staying in a very good location and easy to walk around visiting temples. I am not expected the break fast complimentary but I get my simple breakfast boiled rice and sandwiches with coffee. The room is clean, toliet is clean. Thank you for a memorable time in Vientiane. Mixay paradise hotel will not make you disappointed... They deserved good score and highly recommendation.

A solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

Honestly , the best & friendliest hostel in Vientiane . It is clean . Free drinking water . The staff will help you order food to the hostel for cheaper price & help you with any other needs. Relaxed vibe & can’t wait to return . I highly recommend

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

This hotel 🏨 in Vientiane has great rooms vs. affordable prices per night. Internet access us available, however, outdated. So best is, having a l9cal sim-card hotspot-connected to your e.g. laptop to wirk, surf or just listening to music. The staff is very supportive, speaks a bit English but mainly, Laotian, Thai and Chinese language. The swimming pool is ok, unfortunately, the gym was closed (under repair).. In general, good service-value ratio.

The hotel is located in a very good location. The breakfast is very delicious and plentiful. I booked without breakfast but the hotel gave me a very good bonus.
