We are a family of 3 staying in 1 room and had a great time. The service was impeccable, staff were always polite, helpful, willing to help and always went over the top for us. Special shout out to Aiy, and the duty supervisor whom we didn't get the name of. The restaurant service at Origin was amazing. We want to give a special mention to May, Kitty and Zaiy who've helped us with organizing vegetarian food and going & beyond to make us feel so special! 10/10 would recommend to those looking for a centrally located hotel and are keen to indulge themselves a bit.

By far, it is the best hotel of its kind in Vientiane! To me, it is perfect in almost every aspect, from location (so close to the night market!), the facilities (especially the pool!) to the breakfast (superb variety and taste!). A hotel that you would want to repeat your stay if you can.

Front desk staff went above and beyond in helping my family with ride hailing services. The other staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean, AC good, bonus to have the rain shower! Breakfast is good too. Location is good - short walk to parkson lao.

The hotel itself looks great and clean. The room was nice with all modern amenities provided, just a bit smoky smell. I personally like mattress and pillows, it’s very comfy and physically support. Hotel’s breakfast was just so so, there were salad, bread with no baking oven, boiled eggs, ham and fried rice. Pho was provided at a separated station which is good taste. The reception staff is nice and friendly.

This was my last of 3 one-night stays here and I arrived late, about 10.20pm as I took the last train from Luang Prabang. A staff member welcomed me when I got off my car ride and offered to take my bag. I think I had a free upgrade as the room was bigger than what I stayed for my 2nd visit but again the power sockets were not near the bed but at the entrance and dressing table. Tried their toast and hot chocolate and it was a simple but nice breakfast (can't really expect anything for the price of the room). :)

Honestly , the best & friendliest hostel in Vientiane . It is clean . Free drinking water . The staff will help you order food to the hostel for cheaper price & help you with any other needs. Relaxed vibe & can’t wait to return . I highly recommend

The room smell terribly smoky. There was advertisement in the room for erotic massage. The breakfast was cold and limited.

This hotel 🏨 in Vientiane has great rooms vs. affordable prices per night. Internet access us available, however, outdated. So best is, having a l9cal sim-card hotspot-connected to your e.g. laptop to wirk, surf or just listening to music. The staff is very supportive, speaks a bit English but mainly, Laotian, Thai and Chinese language. The swimming pool is ok, unfortunately, the gym was closed (under repair).. In general, good service-value ratio.
