A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for.
The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience.

DDenis VRНовый, чистый отель с замечательным расположением и радушным персоналом. Отличный вид из окон номеров на парк и площадь, ночью достаточно тихо и можно прекрасно отдохнуть после путешествий. Утром предоставляют добротный завтрак со свежим соком, выпечкой, кофе и конечно марокканским чаем с мятой. При необходимости можно безопасно припарковать авто или мотоцикл рядом с отелем. Один из лучших отелей в г.Рабат по соотношению цена/качество. Вы будете чувствовать себя там как дома. Для тех кто любит путешествовать пешком, думается, идеальное место, так как Вы выходите сразу на красивую улицу и по ней прогуливаетесь до многих значимых достопримечательностей города, или без проблем вызываете такси, оно в Рабате (да и в целом в Марокко) стоит почти как общественный транспорт, только удобнее. Также в отеле и в пешей доступности от отеля есть кафе и рестораны на любой вкус.

EExplorettaThe apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, with lots of places to eat and hang out. Location was also a short tram ride away from the main train station which was handy. It was a really good stay and would recommend
Check out wasn’t the easiest as the owner mentions there should be an inspection on check out but when leaving, no one was available to check us out, despite many calls and messages. We left as we had a train to catch and sent the owner a video of the apartment.

YYaniv Ben-MalkaAll of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The rooms are well-decorated, clean and tidy, and so are the shared areas. It feels like a lot of thought had been spent on the things that will help any guest make their stay perfect, including the little details. Great value for money. If I will arrive in Rabat again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuЭто хорошие апартаменты. В номере есть холодильник, плита, кухонная посуда, стиральная машина. Можно готовить себе еду. Рядом магазин Bim. Большая жилая площадь, современный интерьер. Небольшая проблема была с горячей водой, она долго нагревается с помощью автономного нагревателя. Иногда мешал шум кондиционера и стиральной машины в соседних номерах. Номер, в котором я жил, расположен на 4 этаже, а на крыше тоже то ли прачечная, то ли стирка постельного белья. Звук слышен в номере - это минус. Отель расположен рядом с Ботаническим садом, в котором приятно отдыхать днём и вечером.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
