Hotel berhampiran Menara Hassan, Rabat

красивый риад! Удобное расположение в Медине. Рядом паковка (мы оставили машину на подземной парковке на площади Баб эль хад). Дружелюбный персонал. Прекрасные завтраки - вкусно и сытно. Из минусов - слышимость, как и во всех риадах; в раковине странный смеситель, либо кипяток, либо очень сильный напор холодной воды.

L’hôtel est magnifique,un peu loin de rabat 30mn Nous avons manger au Rilha restaurant aux influences asiatiques , marocaines et européennes très bon ainsi que le service .Service du petit déjeuner moins qualitatif pour un ritz carlton .

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, warm, and genuinely welcoming. A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Overall, the Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr is a remarkable destination that combines exceptional service, stunning design, and a deep appreciation of Moroccan culture. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort ist der Hassanturm und die Medina fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Straßenbahn fährt in direkter Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und wurde gut gereinigt. Die Handtücher müssten jedoch mal getauscht werden, da sie sehr fleckig sind. Größter Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl, was für uns erstmal okay wäre, aber es ist ständig was nicht vorhanden. Das Brot ist in winzige Stücke geschnitten. Es fehlen Löffel, Zangen o.ä. um die Lebensmittel vom Buffett zu entnehmen. Die Teller und das Besteck sind noch nass, die Tische nur teilweise gedeckt, man muss nach Kaffee und Besteck fragen und erntet dafür nur verwunderte Blicke.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, with lots of places to eat and hang out. Location was also a short tram ride away from the main train station which was handy. It was a really good stay and would recommend Check out wasn’t the easiest as the owner mentions there should be an inspection on check out but when leaving, no one was available to check us out, despite many calls and messages. We left as we had a train to catch and sent the owner a video of the apartment.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung. Der Service war freundlich und das Appartement sauber sowie ausreichend ausgestattet

Would be great if they provide toothbrush. On the other hand the food is really bad and boring.

Это хорошие апартаменты. В номере есть холодильник, плита, кухонная посуда, стиральная машина. Можно готовить себе еду. Рядом магазин Bim. Большая жилая площадь, современный интерьер. Небольшая проблема была с горячей водой, она долго нагревается с помощью автономного нагревателя. Иногда мешал шум кондиционера и стиральной машины в соседних номерах. Номер, в котором я жил, расположен на 4 этаже, а на крыше тоже то ли прачечная, то ли стирка постельного белья. Звук слышен в номере - это минус. Отель расположен рядом с Ботаническим садом, в котором приятно отдыхать днём и вечером.

The riad has a great location - just one turn from the main street. Everything is at hand - a green market street where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and anything you like. While booking we were promised a “Luxury Double Room” but in fact it was extremely small, without any amenities. Without cabinet, without hanger - just only a number of hooks on the wall. The toilet was also very small. The room smelled like sewer - we had to open the window all the time to ventilate the room. The breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty. The personnel was really friendly and very helpful. I can recommend this riad for its location. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you’ll enjoy staying in it!

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
