Hotel berhampiran Menara Hassan, Rabat

It is near the main ”road” /avenue in the medina and a clear signage is hanged at the junction so it is fairly easy to find the riad. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Our room was clean but the blankets and towels looked well-used. There was some smell in the bathroom and I was told it was caused by humidity because prior to our arrival it had rained for two months. The whole medina was affected.

He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort ist der Hassanturm und die Medina fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Straßenbahn fährt in direkter Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und wurde gut gereinigt. Die Handtücher müssten jedoch mal getauscht werden, da sie sehr fleckig sind. Größter Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl, was für uns erstmal okay wäre, aber es ist ständig was nicht vorhanden. Das Brot ist in winzige Stücke geschnitten. Es fehlen Löffel, Zangen o.ä. um die Lebensmittel vom Buffett zu entnehmen. Die Teller und das Besteck sind noch nass, die Tische nur teilweise gedeckt, man muss nach Kaffee und Besteck fragen und erntet dafür nur verwunderte Blicke.

Overall the hotel is great , however , its in isolated location and you will need 20 to 30 mins drive to reach to any destination.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen equipment, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, with lots of places to eat and hang out. Location was also a short tram ride away from the main train station which was handy. It was a really good stay and would recommend Check out wasn’t the easiest as the owner mentions there should be an inspection on check out but when leaving, no one was available to check us out, despite many calls and messages. We left as we had a train to catch and sent the owner a video of the apartment.

the hotel was clean and the room was honestly enough for 1 night, they have a coworking space downstairs in the reception which was nice for remote workers. and the service was really nice. the location is close to everything you could possibly need including shops, restaurants and supermarkets, and you have the tramway on a 3 minutes walk.

Best place for stay for several days. Clean apartment, spacious place, functioning washer and heater.

Удобный, приятный отель. Уютный чистые номера. В пешей доступности от вокзала Adgal, дойти пешком не более 10 минут. До ближайшей достопримечательности - Королевский дворец, пешком 35-40 минут. До остальных идти подольше, Медина в минутах 45-50.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
