Hotel berhampiran Muzium Obispado, Monterrey

Enjoyed the stay a lot. Hotel is very new and clean. It felt very luxury and the fact that it has an entrance the the Valle Oriente mall is great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Safi Royal Luxury Valle, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s elegant design and luxurious amenities truly set it apart. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern conveniences. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my balcony. The on-site dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options. The hotel's location is also a significant plus, with easy access to local attractions and shopping. After a day of exploring, I appreciated the serene ambiance of the pool area—perfect for relaxation. Overall, my stay at Safi Royal Luxury Valle was truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and excellent service!

This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

몬테레이 사피호텔은 이번에 처음 방문했어요. 몬테레이 출장은 5번 이상 왔지만, 그동안은 아포다카에서만 지냈고. 센트로는 이번이 처음이에요. 1) Monterrey에 safi hotel이 3개가 있어요. centro, valle, metropolitan 잘 보고 찾아 가야 함 2) centro에 묵었는데. 방값은 비싸지 않은데, 조식 불포함인데. 조식부페 가격이 찾기가 아주 어려워요. 먹고나면 팁별도 mxn 460이 현장 청구되어 깜놀했답니다^^ 3) 근데 조식부페가 꽤 음식이 좋았어요. 커피도 맛있었는데, 다만 mas cafe 할 때 마다 커피맛이 막 변해요.

El Hotel esta bien, muy bonito, vistoso, y con muchas cosas cerca, la ubicación es genial si quieres turistear ya sea todo el dia, o solo 1 o 2 hrs. La limpieza del lugar es muy buena, realmente te sientes en un lugar aseado, y las habitaciones tienen una decoración muy calida, la que reserve particularmente tenia algunos muebles notablemente viejos, como la silla del escritorio y el tocador frente a la cama igual con partes notablemente viejas, pero no es un problema por el resto de la ambientación. Hablemos del servicio... en recepción son muy amables y atentos, pero el servicio a cuarto es terrible, los QR no son muy buenos, y aunque los precios son regulares, el tiempo de respuesta del servicio a la habitación te hacen decidir mejor comer fuera, el servicio de internet es algo restrictivo, ya que no podrás abrir gmail si te conectas a su wifi, tampoco te abrira las paginas de viajes que utilizaste (como Trip en mi caso), estan completamente bloqueadas, dejándote con limites muy marcados para la navegación. Su pagina de reserva no tenia mi reserva, asi que no pude acceder a mi servicio por la Web, y cuando llame, el tiempo de espera no fue realmente rapido, no espero que esten pegados al telefono, pero tampoco esperaba tener que aguardar mas de 5 minutos en la linea para hablar con alguien. En resumen, Recomiendo muchísimo, si quieres visitar y no eres dependiente de internet, te la vas a pasar muy bien, si eres un nomada tecnologico, acostumbrado a manejar todo por aplicaciones (eficientes), mejor busca otras opciones.

Todo muy bien, solo que nos entregaron la habitación después de las 3 porque no estaban listos los cuartos
