房間設施面積景觀都不錯，但空調的温控有問題，有時温度低於設定温度了但不會跳掉還繼續出冷風。服務有點跟不上，跟前台説了一次，第一天也沒安排人來修，第二天再説了一次有人來了但修不好。 健身房游泳池環境不錯，泳池很短，衹能泡泡水。 早餐比較豐富，早餐廳有的服務員不太主動問要不要咖啡。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Safi Royal Luxury Valle, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my balcony. The on-site dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options. The hotel's location is also a significant plus, with easy access to local attractions and shopping. After a day of exploring, I appreciated the serene ambiance of the pool area—perfect for relaxation. Overall, my stay at Safi Royal Luxury Valle was truly memorable. 酒店是比較新的酒店，凱悦旗下全球連鎖店，大堂在L層，房間挺大，設備設施齊全，床很舒服，床上用品很舒服，早餐豐富，酒店L層有露台，此次入住時間匆忙沒有去游泳和健身房，前台服務態度一般，在蒙特雷酒店性價比還行

This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

Desde que llegamos estaba en el pasillo cerca del elevador está bandeja, tenía un pastel y al irnos seguía ahí pero ya son pastel. El televisor súper antigua con cable pero no sé podía ver nada porque la pantalla tenía flasheos negros. La recamara se sentía muy encerrada pero honestamente la cama fue lo mejor, apenas la tocas y te duermes.

все было хорошо, отель понравился, единственное очень мало света в номере, расположение тоже относительно неплохое

저렴한 가격과 친절한 직원들이 있어 무척 좋았어요. 저렴한 가격인데 에어컨이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 근데 길가가 좀 무섭게 생겼어요.
