PPengguna TetamuL’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui est pratique pour les déplacements. En revanche, cette proximité engendre un peu de bruit, surtout en soirée. La chambre était correcte, rien de particulier à signaler en termes de confort ou de propreté. Le prix nous a semblé un peu élevé compte tenu des prestations. Globalement, une expérience satisfaisante.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

LLouis JoeIt was a 10/10 experience from the moment I arrived.
The room had a soothing, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in right away, and everything was kept spotless throughout the stay. The bed was warm and comfortable, the lighting gentle, and the entire space felt thoughtfully arranged to make resting feel natural. Every feature in the room worked perfectly, with no little issues to get in the way, which added an extra layer of ease to the stay.
The staff carried themselves with a calm professionalism, always available, always respectful, and never intrusive. They handled questions, requests, and small details with a quiet confidence that made every interaction smooth. Their consistency gave the whole stay a sense of steady reliability.
From check-in to check-out, the service flowed without any delays or confusion. Even minor needs were addressed quickly and with care, often before I had to think twice about them. The overall atmosphere of the place brought a sense of comfort that built up over time, turning the stay into something genuinely relaxing and satisfying.
In the end, it felt like the kind of place where everything simply worked the way it should, no stress, no friction, just comfort handled with intention. A stay that was not only pleasant but genuinely memorable, and one I’d easily call a perfect experience.

PPengguna TetamuMy first time at the hotel was great. The second time, towels had a smell of some dog. After a shower, I also had a smell of that dog. When you go to shower you don't think about sniffing the towels, and then after shower you have no choice rather than just use what you have. Funny on one side, disgusting on the other. I understand that some guests can use towels to wipe their dogs, which is I think disrespectful to other guests, I would never do that, however hotel housekeeping stuff could notice this smell, and simply place normal ones. For some reason, they didn't do that.
Just an advice: smell towels in the hotels BEFORE you go to shower! Somewhat disappointed.

PPengguna TetamuDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

PPengguna TetamuI had a really lovely stay at the hotel. It was clean, in a great location, and the staff at the reception were excellent. Even the music playing through the speakers was great. The hotel is only 100 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy a nice walk or even go for a run. It’s also close to the Pier complex — highly recommended!

BBobPReception is very helpful. Bus stop and Albert Hein are nearby. The room is big with fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. It was a good place to stay. Thank you, Teleport and CTrip.
