PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had a wonderful stay at Novotel Christchurch Airport.
The location is unbeatable — literally just a short walk from the airport terminal, making it incredibly convenient, especially for travellers with young children. We stayed for one night with our toddler as we had an early morning flight the next day, and it was the perfect choice. Being able to rest properly without worrying about airport transfers made our journey so much smoother.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. Everything was clean and thoughtfully laid out, giving us a relaxing stay before our flight.
The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to the concierge team, who kindly gifted our toddler a cute little Kiwi bird plushie. It was such a thoughtful gesture and brought a huge smile to his face. Small touches like these really make a difference and leave a lasting impression.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Great service, fantastic location, and family-friendly hospitality. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Christchurch.

OousilengThe hotel is in a convenient location. The staff are professional. Rooms are a nice size with a kitchenette and washing machine and dryer. Gym is ok but basic with poor wifi connection. Could have an elliptical machine. Close to the Botanical garden and Hagley park.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaBreakfast is good. Location is good. Receptionists are kind and helpful. Hotel booklet mentioned the filter water is available in the lobby area but receptionist asked us to go to restaurant area to get it. However, the restaurant staff were very rude to us and questioned us. We felt we were treated like a the thefts when we just tried to fill in the hot water in our water bottles. The hot water was only available from the coffee machine, which is very inconvenient and the restaurant staff thought we tried to steal coffees when we just tried to get the hot water. Suggest not to put the water machine in the restaurant area to avoid this problem again. Very bad experience to be treat like this.

YYan AzIt’s a nice 2km walk to the city center, and you could stroll around the park in the evening to check out the Auckland Botanical Garden. Just a heads-up, there’s no airport transfer, but you can easily grab an Uber.

VVTEOKevin and June are friendly and approachable. The rooms are provided with the basic amemities. The location is convenient since we are driving. The only drawback is our rooms are on the upper level and there is no elevator.

PPengguna TetamuAbsolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. The atrium was absolutely stunning and a great spot for photos of our cosplays before heading over to the convention center which is wonderfully close by. Loved having my coffees on the balcony. 10 out of 10!

LlauritravelsWe came late at night because of our flight. Self check in on the tablet in front of reception was really easy and fast. We booked an additional late check-out until 1pm directly during check-in for $10 extra. However, the automatic reminder mails from Lylo stated 11am as check-out time and also our keycard didn‘t work anymore, when we came back to the hotel at 12pm - should really improve this in your software.
The room was really nice and comfy, had AC and you can also use their really big kitchen and lounge on 1F. There‘s also free coffee/tee and a kettle on 2F, where our room was located.

I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

PPengguna TetamuI had a really good stay at Bealey Quarter. The manager was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even nicer. The bathrooms and rooms were comfortable and pleasant.
The only downside is the kitchen — it’s quite small and there isn’t much space in the fridge to store food. Aside from that, everything else was great.
