A short drive out of the city and heading towards Sumner, Redcliffs is a small village with shops and cafes. If you like hill walking there are countless options from the house without needing to use the car. You could also walk down the hill and explore the beach at Sumner and it's cafes and restaurants. If you are here on the weekend there is the Lyttelton market or the Mt Pleasant market a short drive away. There are two sailing clubs close by and the opportunity to enjoy all the watersports you can think of. However maybe you prefer sitting on the deck with a glass of wine and admiring the sunset, or doing the same down on the beach! The choice is yours..Special conditions: No loud parties or visitors coming and going late at night. This is a quiet neighbourhood.The kitchen is only a kitchenette and not suitable for cooking dinners, perfectly adequate for breakfast and light meals.
