"Service totally out is like the don't know what they gonna do... They kind of trouble in so many ways but they have atleast 4 reception in front but the way they did their Job kind of out for me. We have called the customer service for what bathroom matt they came too late we have to call atleast 2-3 for them to bring it.."
"It was a good hotel since their towels are clean and bedding are so near. The only problem is.. it's very noisy. Customer service is very good. Staffs are very accommodating. The family room is really nice for family members."
"Stayed at Capitol Hotel for a family trip, and it honestly delivered where it mattered most. Getting around was easy, which is a big win when you’re with kids and extra baggage (literal and emotional 😅). The staff were the highlight—very warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything feel smooth. The amenities kept everyone comfortable and entertained, so no one was bored or complaining. Only thing is the cleanliness could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t completely take away from the experience. Overall, still a solid and memorable family stay."
"We absolutely loved our short stay at Mango Suites Angeles. We booked a Superior Matrimonial Room for the Aurora Music Festival, and the location was very convenient, especially with its proximity to Clark Global City. The staff were polite and accommodating.💛
The room was clean, cozy, and very budget-friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely book again if we attend AMF next year."
"The room is spacious, clean, you can cook if you want but it depends on the room ypu choose. WiFi has strong connection. Amenities is fantastic food as well. Come back? Definitely."
"It sucks!I lived in top floor, there are some big problem
1. One of pillows is dirty
2. The roof top is not sound-proof, I heard the Scott sound clearly and loudly
3. My room just right next to their facility (not sure what kind of , like water tower or something), it also generates the noise loudly
4. Often power outage
I felt asleep at 5am…!"
"I had a nice stay at Clark Imperial Hotel. I definitely appreciated the price and the location. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would stay here again"

Menakjubkan
JJen Ng Chin YuI had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenient—just minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotel’s facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and high‑speed WiFi that’s ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.
AABEL DUNGCAWe had an amazing 3 days and 2 nights stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!
PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe staff were ptofessional and friendly. The food was tasty but a bit pricey. Its great that their is access to swimming pool and the location dropped off to walking streets were a big plus and made exploring hassle free.
PPengguna TetamuLocated near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.
PPengguna TetamuWe were looking forward to trying out Prime Asia Hotel based on the photos seen online. We have mixed experience after our stay.
GOOD:
1. The rooftop pool was big enough with numerous seating options around it. The asian inspired gazebos on both ends gave a relaxing ambiance to the space.
2. Breakfast buffet had a wider array of dishes. We loved that they have two dishes each for Indian and Korean guests. Tumeric basmati rice was savory. Gochugang Eggs and Fish Cakes dish was delicious. Although Masala Chicken was lacking spices so was bland.
3. Housekeeping and Breakfast restaurant staff were engaging and quick to serve. Special mention are Iya of housekeeping and Ross of IMO.
4. Smart TV in the room so Netflix ready.
COULD BE IMPROVED:
According to their website: ”Welcome to Your Perfect Getaway.
A contemporary retreat featuring spacious accommodations and carefully curated amenities for every traveler.”
1. We booked a family room. Upon entering we were surprised to find NO bedside table. Does hotel management expect their guests to place their mobile phone, eyewear/prescription glasses, TV remote, etc on the floor? In the photos online, rooms had side tables. We had to go down to the reception to ask. To be fair, housekeeping staff searched for a side table and was able to bring a table (see photos).
2. No electric kettle and coffee/tea making amenities. Even lower standard hotels/motels have these. Had to borrow from IMO Restaurant.
3. Smart TV would not load Netflix. Another call to reception to have their technical staff come to fix it.
4. Room refrigerator would not turn on. Fourth call to reception for assistance. Housekeeping came again and we found out that the ref was defrosted by turning off the breaker.
To summarize, the hotel has a lot going for it. Hopefully management acts on these improvement points which are not hard to rectify. So for now only ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ overall.
PPengguna Tanpa NamaCouldn’t recommend this hotel more. This is our 2nd time, they’re very accommodating, even gave us welcome back cookies and welcome drinks. They always go above and beyond.
RRonald de RegtNice Hotel for the price. Friendly staff. Good location.
Only issue is the one of two elevator is sometimes on the fritz. But its a minor issue. Since there are two elevators.
PPengguna TetamuFirstly, the room is clean, hot shower and air-conditioning works perfectly fine, rooftop deck is impressive . Breakfast is okay. I booked for 1 night just to see how I go with this hotel as it is my first time. . Safety deposit box is not working, towels are overused, no handowels, have to request for one, mini fridge bar is not working. I checked in late, after my flight , wanting to catch up on much needed sleep. Next morning around 715am housekeeping knocked, then rang the doorbell bell woke me up, saying their doing a ROOM CHECK and that's a PROTOCOL in El Vistra to do that which is totally INSANE. I checked out right after, then reception told me they're doing a ROOM CHECK to make sure everything is in order for me to get my deposit. What an experience!!
PPengguna TetamuI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
UurunawaygirlI expected worse because it was very affordable but it exceeded my expectation. The room was huge, the bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was okay. If you're just having a layover, it's perfect.
