"The location is definitely one of the best features of this stay as it is very accessible to restaurants, convenience stores and all transportation options around the city. The staff are also very helpful when asked regarding directions. You also have the option to avail of the lunch or dinner buffet at their partner restaurant in the ground floor. PS. "We chose this hotel primarily because of its location. From the guard who assist us in the parking, to the bellboy, the receptionist, the housekeeping, everyone is up to their toes. Rooms, well just the right size for us. Cleanliness, ok Basic toiletries are available Water is available in the hallway Towels and linen are new and smells good Easy check in and check out. Will surely book in the future"

"This hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and all the appliances were working properly, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient since it’s just walking distance to Pryce Tower and nearby establishments. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the upper floors, expect a bit of exercise. They also don’t serve full meals, but they do provide free coffee and bread at the lobby. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, so finding something to eat is very easy."

"The service was great, the location was excellent, and the hotel buffet was quite good. However, compared to the luxurious and grand vibe of the lobby and common areas, the guest rooms were way too outdated. During my 7-night stay, hot water didn't work for about 3 days. Plus, they didn't provide Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was incredibly inconvenient as an international traveler. Personally, it felt like the hotel cares way more about its outward appearance than the actual guest experience."

"What I liked: - good location - excellent customer service - beautiful reception - the breakfast was authentic and tasty What I did not like: - cockroach was found in my room - the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year - the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here, - it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable"

"Decent location if you have rented your personal transport; not really good of a location if you didn't. Basically It's a gated small village with a security, but inside a city. The whole place is relatively small 7-8 rooms hotel, with a shared yard where the restaurant (having non-guest clients as well though not much due to a secluded placement) and effectively the hall are; most of the workers are young girls; so the overall atmosphere is a relaxed camaraderie. As for the Davao City, the kitchen here is both tasty and competitively priced so basically most of the time you don't even have to leave the place to just live. Most of the guests are older male caucasians."

"Ideal for families who just want to relax and stay in the heart of Davao City. Near major malls and beside the hotel is the ppark and durian museum. They booked us in the 3rd floor which is very accessible for kids to dive into the pool. Our breakfast was great, we encountered a minor incident but the kitchen manager handled it very well. We will definitely book again soon. The price deal was good also. Thank you, Apo View!"
