The receptionists were very accommodating during check-in, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from SM Aura. The hotel room was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. One downside I experienced was with the restaurant staff during dinner. From the floor staff to the cashier and servers, they didn’t seem very welcoming and appeared unhappy to assist customers. However, our breakfast experience was much better, the staff member in charge of seating guests was very accommodating and made us feel more welcome.

You get what you paid for. The room was ok and clean but quite humid. The area has quite some noise in the morning but night time was fine, so you could have a good sleep. But the WiFi in my room was very very weak. I have to be near the door and toilet to have WiFi access. No WiFi access on bed or sitting near the table or the kitchen area. Staff are amazing and very helpful which was great. The lift was not working when I left and a staff helped me to take my suitcase down, which Iwas very much appreciated. There is a rooftop area with tables and chairs that you can chill. The swimming pool is there but not so big. Water seemed ok but I am not sure if it’s the water or floor of the pool making it look yellow. I only stayed for a night and didn’t know much about the area, but I saw some vendors downstairs. There are two entrances for the hotel. So, when you get Grab car or food, you will need to communicate with the driver which entrance you or they are. The hotel is a bit old. They provided towels and shower gel but no hairdryer. Maybe they have one if ask. The shower water is not very hot but enough for a comfortable shower. Except i felt and smelled a bit humidity in the room, with this price, nothing much to complain about and i consider it as a good stay!

Overall a good stay as its relatively new. Love the couch. Have work desk with adequate lighting. There's korean snacks and drinks but chargeable. Located beside starbucks, jollibean and chowking. Alfamart downstairs. Convenient for quick bites. Downside is that toilet bowl seems clogged. Hotel in a resident tower. Heavy traffic at times.

Been booking here in the accommodations since 2022. Clean and super mura lang. Malapit din sa BGC. Pwede lakarin. May parking space for those na may motor and sasakyan. Nirecommend ko na din sa friend ko na magsstay in Makati this coming April. 😊

Bali yung internet sa room 14O, Hindi gumagana pati ang tv ksi yung internet wla din signal, Meron mga gamit panloto pero wla lutuan. Yung room naman mabango malinis kaso yung tubig sira ang sink at yung sa shower pa ginamit namin para magkatubig pero mahina din. PS. Yung tv gi connect ko sa Hotspot ng Cellphone ko para magka signal

We had an amazing 1-night stay. The toilet however had a urine smell during our check-in which persisted until our check-out despite the seemed-newly-cleaned room we saw. We don't know where it came from. I hope the housekeeping figures out where the bad smell is coming from!

It was great experience we booked a room in they're new floor..it was clean and good internet connection also the aircon and cr was good.👍🏻

The hotel is perfect for people who are on a budget but are looking for a comfortable stay. The room is clean, staff is friendly, and the location is also nearby stores and restaurants. However, they do not have elevators so it will be challenging if you are on the top floor LOL. The room also does not have a bidet but there is a water heater. Kudos! Will book again if I need to stay in Metro Manila.

The unit is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent, with Venice Canal Grand Mall just a short walking distance away, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and leisure. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

The place is convenient to BGC. You have to cross the street. The area around the hotel isn’t as nice as BGC but it’s an affordable hotel and the most important aspect is the convenience. Parking is very limited but there’s a structured parking lot nearby.
